The clinical symptom scores and the quality of life integration between the two groups had no significant difference when the treatment was over(.P>0.05),but showed significant difference after4week’s follow up(P<0.05). This indicated that the treatment group was superior to the control group on the improvement of quality of life. (3)The individual symptom improvement were better in both group when the treatment was over or after4week’s follow up compared with that before treatment(P<0.01).At the end of the treatment groups for epigastric fullness, pain, eat less improvement was no significant difference (P>0.05), but four weeks after the end of treatment these symptoms in the treatment group improved significantly better than the control group (P<0.01).(4)Neither the treatment group nor the control group showed any adverse reactions. Conclusions:This study suggest that acupuncture combined with acupoint-injection therapy is effective, and both of the patient’s clinical symptoms (epigastric fullness, epigastric pain and eating less) and quality of life were improve with no adverse reactions,so should be widely applied in chronic gastritis with Spleen-stomach weakness.
