The Clinical Study Of Acupoint Injection Combined With Electro-acupuncture Jiaji In Treatment Of PHN

Objective:This subject through observing and comparing the effect of acupoint injection combined with Jiaji electro-acupuncture with pure Jiaji electro-acupuncture in treatment of PHN,in order to explore better analgesic effect,which provide clinical evidence for standard treatments of PHN.Methods:All cases involved came from the second TCM hospital of Sichuan province,the 60 patients that satisfy inclusion criteria of PHN are divided into two groups,treatment group(acupoint injection combined with Jiaji electro-acupuncture)and control group(pure Jiaji electro-acupuncture),each 30 cases.Observing two group of biological indicators(vital signs,duration and so on),curative effect index(VAS,HAMA,the time of pain began to ease),safety index,follow-up situation and so on,then we evaluated the effect of two different treatmen,and further to guide clinical.Results : 1.All 60 cases finished the whole research process,no one lost;Comparing two groups in gender and duration,the results have no statistical significance.In terms of gender,age,there was no significant difference(P >0.05).2.Curative effect evaluation:(1)The VAS scores of experimental group after treatment were lower than before.Treatment group is better than control group in abirritation,the percentage of pain relief and the pain began to ease.There is statistical significance(P<0.05).(2)After treatment both HAMA scores obviously decreased,but treatment group is better than control group,and there was statistically significance(P<0.05).(3)After treatment both DLQI scores obviously decreased,but treatment group is better than control group,and there was statistically significance(P<0.05).3.Safety evaluation: During the treatment,two groups have no obvious adverse reaction and complication occurred.4.Follow-up research: The two groups were followed up for 3 months in a row,we found that all cases did not relapse,treatment group is superior to control group in the long –term curative effect.Conclusion: 1.Acupoint Injection Combined with Jiaji Electro-acupuncture in Treatment of PHN is safe and effective,less side effects and easy to accept by patients.2.Acupoint Injection Combined with Jiaji Electro-acupuncture is better than pure Jiaji electro-acupuncture in pain intensity,shortening the pain time,reducing anxiety.
