Cooperate With Acupuncture Point Injection Therapy Is Nerve Atrophy Clinical Curative Effect Observation

Objective: To explore the clinical app lication,curative effects and advantages of poi nt injection com bined acupuncturing t herapy in optic atrophy disease.Methods: From April 1,2014-January 20,2016,during the eye hospital wards of first affiliated hospital of Guangxi Medical University,there were 40 cases of optic atrophy patients,40 pati ents(33 eyes)in optic atrophy were randomly divided into two groups.20 pa tients(31 eyes)had been treated mainly with poi nt injection com bined acupuncturing treatment in the treatment group,t he other 20 patient s(33 eyes)had been treated with acupuncturing in t he control group.In clinical practice,there are no differences in commeasurable analys is.Use of acupuncture and acupoi nt injection for the treatment of t reatment group,acupuncture t he Jingming?Shangming ? Chengqi point of affected side.After acupuncture,using Compound Anisodine Hydrobromide Inject the Cuanzhu point and the Taiyang point.Once a day,the acupuncture point injection once every 2 days,for a period of treatment both of two gro ups in treatment 14 days,2 course of treatment.Check the fundus and vision ev ery day.Dail visual acuity check and eye examinati on was carried out,b efore and after treat ment.Visual evoked potential field of vision was al so carried out,check the results as observation and evaluation index,and com pared with the two groups for curative effect.Results: Treatment group effective 26 eyes,invalid in 5 eyes,ef fective rate was 83.87%;The contro l effective 20 eye,invalid 13 eyes,effective rate was 63.6%.Efficient through statistical analysis of similar between the two groups was statistically signific ant,the results show that the treatment group curative effect is better than that of control group,with significant dif ference(z = 2.053,P < 0.05).The treatment group improved vision effective rate was 80.64%,control group im proved eyesight effective rate was 57.57%.Two groups by the rank and inspe ction,Z = 1.974,P < 0.05,dif ferences were statistically significant(P < 0.05),the results show that the treatment group to improve efficient vision is better than that of control group,with signi ficant difference.Treatment group and control group aft er treatment the average visual field measured value contrast af ter statistics processing t = 0.279,P < 0.05,statistically significant,which indicates that the treatment group the average visual field measurements to improve is better than the control group.Treatment group and control group after treatment VEP100 incubation period measured value contrast after statis tics processing t = 2.656,P < 0.05,statistically significant,which indicates that the treatment group of visual evoked potential P100 latency period measurements to improve is better than the control group.Conclusion: Through the treatment group and control group,the comparison of examination results before and after treatment,vision visual evoked potential indicated that the acupunc ture and point injection therapy in optic atrophy a good curative effect,better than acupuncture therapy,is worth promoting and widely used.
