Bai Jiang Ku Shen Tang With Ozone Enema On Treatment Of Ulcerative Colitis Clinical Studies

Objective: Clinical observation of the traditional Chinese medicine combined ozoneretention enema in treatment of ulcerative colitis (UC) of the new method.Methods: Select60patients clinical diagnosis of ulcerative colitis cases，randomly divided into two groups:treatment group30cases of traditional Bai Jiang Ku Shen Tang with ozone combinedenema treatment; control group30cases of the Mesalazine Suppositories anus bolt.Number of observed two groups of cases of diarrhea, and purulent blood, undercolonoscopy mucous membrane performance and evaluation, and comparison analysis.Results: Through clinical research shows, the treatment group clinical comprehensivetherapeutic effect, symptom curative effect observation of symptoms and signs ofcolonoscopy lesion mucosa were more improved than the control group, the significantdifference (P<0.05or P<0.01).Conclusion: Bai Jiang Ku Shen Tang with ozone enemacontrast Mesalazine Suppositories in treatment of ulcerative colitis, Bai Jiang Ku ShenTang with ozone enema group curative effect more apparent, Bai Jiang Ku Shen Tang withozone enema is a simple, effective and inexpensive test of new method for the treatment ofulcerative colitis.
