| Objective: to observe Pu Ji Tang retention enema treatment spleen deficient and wet aggregates type ulcerative colitis clinical efficacy, and the objective evaluation of curative effect.Method: The 60 cases of spleen deficient and wet aggregates type ulcerative colitis patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, 30 cases in each group. The treatment group on the basis of oral beauty salad qin enteric-coated metformin hydrochloride for Pu Ji Tang retention enema treatment. The control group on the basis of oral beauty salad qin enteric-coated metformin hydrochloride compound cortex phellodendri fluid retention enema treatment.Treatment for a month.
