With the rapid economic development, the original hospital management andservice model can not meet the needs of the people, increasingly tense doctor-patient relationship is not only a serious impact on the health care market, also the new policy reform of public hospitals, require hospitals to optimize medical services improve the quality of care, efforts to solve the people "difficult and expensive" problem.In the information age, to re-examine the hospital development, the use of an auxiliary hospital reform IT management, improve doctor-patient relationship, there is great significance to enhance the quality of medical care. IT has been able largely to help hospitals manage innovation in all aspects of medical, nursing, administrative, logistical, teaching, scientific research, optimize processes and reduce costs. Lean hospital management ideas for the reform of major public hospital under the information society provides a new and effective ideas, saving hospital costs while improving the level of services for patients, improve the economic and social hospital efficiency to achieve a "people-centered", it is worth exploring modern hospital management. This article will examine lean management practices in the management of public hospitals, the purpose is the essence of the lean management thinking, combined with information technology as a means of reforming the specifications and, fundamentally changing the existing public hospital costs remain high, the flow setting unreasonable conditions management tools behind.By contrast with the current situation in Wenzhou, a large public hospital which a three levels of first-class hospital WYYY before applying lean management, lean implementation of the hospital’s outpatient procedure, hospital processes, electronic medical records, hospital infection management, paperless administration, logistics, unified platform in-depth study mode six areas can be found using the information tools assist hospitals to implement lean management, the human cost of the hospital is significantly reduced, efficiency improved significantly, health care quality and patient satisfaction significantly improved. For example, the transformation of patient flow, reduce patient waiting time is invalid, so the medical staff freed from manual labor; implementation of the pre-hospital system, can significantly shorten the average length of stay, the patient’s medical expenses significantly reduced; paperless office and administrative can be further reduced in the administration of health care waste of time to wait, better to go into the medical work, employee satisfaction have significantly improved; logistical unified service platform can be scattered in different sections of the original logistics services through common external windows, improve logistics efficiency, establish an effective feedback mechanism, effective operation data collection to improve the accuracy of leadership decision-making.Lean management in hospital management can truly reduce costs, shorten the process invalid operation time, improve work efficiency, through this study hopes to provide a useful reference model to deepen the reform of public hospitals.
