Research On Lean Management Of PR Private Hospital’s Informatization

With the deepening of the comprehensive reform of hospitals,our country has put forward further requirements on the information processing capacity of hospitals at all levels in the aspects of remote settlement,disease diagnosis grouping,sunshine purchase,hierarchical diagnosis and treatment,etc.Informationization plays a crucial part not only in strengthening health supervision,but also in optimizing patients service experience.With the continuous integration and development of information technology and medical science,informatization has become an integral part of clinical diagnosis and treatment in modern hospitals,which has greatly promoted the construction of informatization in the national health strategy.However,some problems like the level of hospital informatization management lags behind are gradually exposed,rough management pattern produces a large amount of unreasonable resource waste in the practical application,which increased hospital operating risk and cost,and seriously influenced the survival state of the hospitals,especially those emerging social private hospitals.Therefore,it’s the key research content for private hospitals to strengthen the information management by making full use of modern advanced lean management concept.This thesis chooses the informatization of PR Private Hospital as the research object,and tries to improve its informatization management level by using modern and advanced lean management concepts.On the basis of researches at home and abroad on lean management,firstly the data is acquired through questionnaire survey,and analyzed the informatization problems of PR Private Hospital with SPSS and other tools.Then a scientific plan was done from top-level overall design to concrete implementation,and orderly carried out informatization lean management,and did a comparison of the effects before and after implementation.Finally,with the help of Delphi method,Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP),continuous improvement and other lean management methods,the key problems is studied by existing in the implementation of informatization such as performance appraisal,selection and evaluation of outsourcing suppliers and continuous improvement,which brings an effective lean management solution to PR Private Hospital.
