With the deepening of medical and health reform,private capital is constantly injected into the medical industry,public hospitals are gradually exposed to the market economy,in the face of patients with increasing self-awareness,public hospitals in order to survive and their own development,the pursuit of reform in the hospital to improve quality and efficiency.With the rapid and sustainable development of global science and technology,the arrival of the information explosion era,scientific management,process information,artificial intelligence and other emerging forces into various industries,but also for the efficient operation of hospitals to provide strong support.At the same time,the outstanding specialty in the field of medical and health care,the particularity of the service object can not be transformed as quickly as other industries,and there is a problem that the technical force can not play its full role.All kinds of professionals can not fully penetrate into the medical industry to understand medical behavior,including software engineers,professional managers and so on.Since the 19 th CPC National Congress new medical reform,the coverage of medical insurance has expanded rapidly,the state has carried out serious illness insurance one after another,the health needs of the people continue to increase significantly,and the increase of government social investment in the medical industry can not meet the increase of the people's health needs.The limited investment of the government in the medical industry,the inability of professionals to play a role in the hospital,and the inability of the clients to accept new things quickly all set obstacles to the improvement of the quality of the medical industry.In order to control medical cost,public hospitals should improve efficiency and service quality without increasing manpower and material resources;in order to transform and improve process reasonably,information and intelligent equipment should be introduced with the participation of medical professionals.The innovation of staff department management and service has become the best way for public hospitals to break through the bottleneck of development.Lean management uses scientific management tools and effective management methods to minimize costs and provide customers with quality services and products,which provides a clear idea for public hospitals to carry out effective reform under the conditions of information society.Based on the practice experience of hospital lean managementat home and abroad,combining with the application of lean management in hospital quality improvement,this paper designs A implement steps of improving hospital quality by integrating lean management into hospital management,taking modern quality management tools as the carrier and lean management concept as the guiding ideology,mobilizes all medical,logistic and administrative departments to participate in the hospital,analyzes and corrects the existing problems improves the existing problems at the hospital level.Design and develop software system by oneself,optimize flow,analyze the data before and after implementation,determine the effect,discuss the feasibility of constructing lean quality management system in public hospital through the report of application case,provide effective management case experience and administrative strategy for health administration department,and provide implementation suggestion and countermeasure for public hospital to improve quality effectively.
