Purpose: To observe the change of the migraine symptoms and the cerebral artery blood flowvelocity for the patients with migraine by blood-letting puncture and cupping on Geshu, thusexplore the therapeutic mechanism of migraine by blood-letting puncture and cupping onGeshu,It offer an effective means for the treatment of migraine and provide theoretical basisfor the treatment on the migraine which blood-letting puncture and cupping on Geshu.Method:According to the diagnostic criteria, inclusion and exclusion criteria,60patients wererandomly divided into treatment group (blood-letting puncture and cupping on Geshu) andcontrol group (oral drug),the number of each group is30cases.Treatment group acceptblood-letting puncture and cupping on bilateral Geshu with three-edged needle,2times aweek, each time interval2days,2times for a treatment course,a total of4courses.The controlgroup was treated with oral flunarizine,oral10mg every night before sleep,a course onMonday,a total of4courses.All cases must stop using related drug on the first two weeksbefore treatment.Observing immediate effect and short-term efficacy.Result: The observed indicators of the two groups of patients were significantly reduced aftertreatment.Compared before and after treatment, the pain score of the two groups by paired t-test analysis have significant difference significance (P <0.05);Indicate two treatmentmethods have reduced the extent of headaches and reduce the number of migraine attacks andreduce the duration of headaches; The pain composite score difference of the treatment groupand control group were statistically significant (P <0.05);It showed that the the treatmentgroup better than oral analgesia group on relieving pain.Compared before and aftertreatment, the cerebral artery blood flow velocity of the two groups were significantlyimproved after treatment.while improving the control group cerebral artery blood flowvelocity is less than the treatment group. The results showed that the treatment group betterthan oral analgesia group on improving the cerebral artery blood flow velocity. Conclusion: Compared with oral analgesics, the treatment that blood-letting puncture andcupping on Geshu have better effect on alleviating migraine patients and improving the bloodflow rate of the cerebral artery.
