Treatment Of Kidney Deficiency By Blood-Letting Puncture And Cupping Combined With Clomiphene Infertility Of Phlegm-Stasis Type

Research objectiveTo observe the clinical efficacy,body mass index(BMI)and safety of venesection and cupping combined with clomiphene in the treatment of PCOS infertility,in order to provide an effective new clinical treatment for PCOS infertility patients.Research methodSeventy-two patients with infertility caused by kidney deficiency and phlegm stasis were randomly divided into treatment group and control group(36 cases each).The treatment group received acupuncture and cupping combined with clomiphene,while the control group received clomiphene alone for a total of 3 menstrual cycles.Observation and comparison of 2 groups of patients:(1)clinical symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine(BMI(BBT))ovulation,follicular development(pregnancy rate)and other related indicators,using statistical methods to analyze the experimental data of the two groups,draw a conclusion.To evaluate the clinical effect of acupuncture and cupping combined with clomiphene.Research findingsBMI,BBT,ovulation rate,pregnancy rate and TCM syndrome score of the treatment group were significantly improved compared with the control group.By statistical analysis,BMI,BBT,ovulation rate,pregnancy rate and TCM syndrome score of the treatment group were significantly different from those of the control group(P < 0.05).Research conclusion1.Acupuncture and cupping therapy for infertility caused by kidney deficiency and phlegm and blood stasis has obvious clinical effect.It can effectively improve the clinical symptoms,BIM and ovulation of PCOS patients.2.This study improved the pathological state of phlegm,dampness and blood stasis of PCOS infertility patients,lowered the body mass index of PCOS patients,made menstruation return to normal,and improved the pregnancy rate.3.Collateral-pricking cupping has quick effect,simple operation,economical and inexpensive effect,and few adverse reactions.It is very suitable for a treatment method that is in pursuit of contemporary life,and suitable for active use in clinical work in the future.
