A Clinical Study Of Blood-letting Puncture Combined With Electroacupuncture On Migraine With Aura

Objective Migraine with aura is a kind of disease.It is a recurrent headache commonly due to dysfunction of relax and contraction of inside or outside cranial vessel.The disease comes on with vomit,photophobis, fear of sound.It often occurs in one side of head with pulsation.As the development of modern social and the change of life pattern,the incidence rate of Migraine with aura has increased.Besides,the age of onset of this illness has been younger than before.It has practical importance to research the security,convenient,utility therapeutics and to strengthen the study in cervicogenic headache.Methods A randomized contrast study is adopted for a prospective experi -mentation on 57 cases of Migraine with aura,which were divided into two groups.The intervention for the experimental group included blood-letting puncture combined with electroacupuncture with 28 cases;while the central group was only electroacupuncture with 29 cases.Treatment was given one of two days.A course includes 2 weeks.Just before the commencement and after the completion of 2 courses of treatment,each case was checked for exponent of ache,the difference of VAS scores of the pre-and post-treatment.Results The result from the analysis of clinical data manifests that in blood-letting puncture treating group healed 13 cases,obvious effects 13 cases,effects 1 cases,inefficiency 1 cases,the total effective rate was 96.43%,and healed 8 cases,obvious effects 12 cases,effects.5 casesineffi -ency 4 cases,the total effective rate was 86.21%in control group.There is no significant difference between the two groups(P＜0.05),but treatment group is superior to the control group during the Radit analysis. From the VAS scores of the pre-and post- treatment,there are statistic significant both of the two groups(P＜0.05).The results showed that the two groups all can relieve the pain degree of the head.From the difference of VAS scores,there are statistic significant between the two groups(P＜0.05).So the treatment group is more utility in relieve the pain degree of the head than the control group.From the difference of VAS scores of the pre-and post- treatment,there are statistic significant between the two groups(P＜0.05).The results showed that the treatment group is a good way to relieve ache in a short time than the control group.Both groups have the significant difference in the exponent of ache,by compare the pre-and post-treatment(P＜0.05).But the percentage of therapeutic effect has statistic significant between the two groups(P＜0.05), so the treatment group is more utility in improve the symptom than the control group.Conclusion From the results of the clinical and experimental research, we consider that blood-letting puncture combined with electroacupuncture and only electroacupuncture could all improve the symptom of Migraine with aura,such as the degree of ache,frequency and duration,but the is superior than the only electroacupuncture group.Especially,blood-letting is a good way to relieve ache in a short time than the control group.
