| Purpose：To observe the clinical effect of Tiaojing Zhuyun Decoction in the treatment ofinfertility caused by hemorrhagic menstruation to be not moved. To explore the characteristicsof the treatment of extended Tiaojing Zhuyun Decoction. Provide the basis for guiding theclinical treatment of infertility.Methods: The standard of infertility in60patients, randomly divided into treatmentgroup and control group, two groups of cases are in30cases. The treatment group was givenconditioning with Tiaojing Zhuyun Decoction, started3days after menstruation.A pair oftraditional Chinese medicine is decocted for300ml decoction, taken in the morning andevening. Control group: The Yulin capsule was taken2times a day, with8tablets every time.During the medicine without take other drugs and the treatment will continuou3menstrualcycles.To observe the hemostatic effect and treatment before and after menstruation,accompanying symptoms.Results:The treatment group:4cases were cured, the cure rate was13.3%;16caseswere cured,53.3%markedly effective;7cases effective, efficient23.4%;3cases wereineffective, no efficiency of10.0%, the total effective rate was90.0%, control group:1caseswere cured, the cure rate3.3%;6cases were cured,20.0%markedly effective;18cases wereeffective, efficiency of60.1%;5cases were ineffective, no efficiency of16.6%, the totaleffective rate was83.4%. The total efficiency of comparison between the two groups there isdifference (P<0.05). That is to say the treatment group curative effect is better than thecontrol group.Conclusion:In the treatment of infertility caused by hemorrhagic menstruation to be notmoved, the treatment group and the control group all have good curative effect, But TiaojingZhuyun Decoction is better than Yulin capsule... |
