| Purpose: To observe the oral medicine since Shugan Tiaojing Treated hyperprolactinemia irregular menstruation and other symptoms of clinical efficacy.For the treatment of hyperprolactinemia provide a more secure and reliable traditional Chinese medicine,Chinese medicine to lay the foundation for the study of the mechanism to provide reliable data for clinical applications,and to provide for the development of Chinese medicine gynecology.Method: 35 patients each were observed in the treatment of patients from December 2014 to December 2015 in our hospital gynecology clinic,in li ne with 70 patients,the treatment group and the control group hyperprolactinemia Liver Depression of menstruation changes in condition after three courses,were observed corresponding effect.Results: The clinical efficacy of the treatment group recovered two cases,the cure rate of 5.71%,effective in 21 cases,markedly effective rate of 60%,effective in 8 cases,efficiency 22.86%,4 cases,inefficient 11.43% of the total effective rate was 88.57% in control group clinical efficacy,the total effective r ate was 71.43%,compared to the two groups,P <0.05,with a significant difference.Treatment group than the control group.Conclusion: Shugan Tang Tiaojing clinical efficacy of hyperprolactinemia menstruation reliable and can be used as the treatment of h yperprolactinemia Liver Depression menstruation reliable prescription,worthy of promotion for clinical application. |
