Professor Wang Xiuxia Treatment Of Polycystic Ovary Syndrome Anovulatory Dysfunctional Uterine Bleedi

Objective:Created by Professor Wang Xiuxia, Guchong Zhixue Decoction and Tiaojing Decoction were used in clinical treatment for years, in curing Polycystic Ovary Syndrome (PCOS) Anovulatory Dysfunctional Uterine Bleeding of kidney-yin deficiency. Further systematic research is now carried on. By observing the change in curative effects on Polycystic Ovary Syndrome (PCOS) Anovulatory Dysfunctional Uterine Bleeding of kidney-yin deficiency, before and after the modified treatment using Guchong Zhixue Decoction and Tiaojing Decoction, this paper aims to provide effective theoretical basis of treating Polycystic Ovary Syndrome (PCOS) Anovulatory Dysfunctional Uterine Bleeding.Methods:Randomly select 30 patients with Polycystic Ovary Syndrome (PCOS) Anovulatory Dysfunctional Uterine Bleeding of kidney-yin deficiency from The First Affiliated Hospital of Heilongjiang University Of Chinese Medicine. During bleeing period, Guchong Zhixue Decoction was used for modified treatment. while Tiaojing Decoction was used for modified treatment during non-bleeding period for 6 Menstrual Cycles. By using the method of self-control test, compare the Serum LH, FSH, LH/FSH, P level, B-ultrasound ovarian status, Endometrial thickness changes and BBT bipolar transition before and after the treatment. Observe the improment in status of Menstruation and TCM Syndromes before and after the treatment. So as to demonstrate the effectiveness of modified treatment in curing Polycystic Ovary Syndrome (PCOS) Anovulatory Dysfunctional Uterine Bleeding of kidney-yin deficiency using Guchong Zhixue Decoction and Tiaojing Decoction.Results:The effective rate of curing Polycystic Ovary Syndrome (PCOS) Anovulatory Dysfunctional Uterine Bleeding of kidney-yin deficiency using Guchong Zhixue Decoction and Tiaojing Decoction is 86.7%. After treatment, clinical symptoms improved significantly. Serum LH, LH/ FSH levels were significantly decreased. FSH, P Levels increased. The improvement in TCM syndromes after treatment was significant (P< 0. 05) as compared to before, specifically, Menstrual Cycles, B-ultrasound ovarian status, Endometrial thickness and BBT bipolar transition.Conclusion:1. Modified treatment using Guchong Zhixue Decoction and Tiaojing Decoction is effective in improving clinical symptoms and signs of patients with Polycystic Ovary Syndrome (PCOS) Anovulatory Dysfunctional Uterine Bleeding of kidney-yin deficiency, and reducing the value of LH and LH/FSH;2. B-ultrasound ovarian status, endometrial thickness and BBT bipolar transition were all improved;3. Modified treatment using Guchong Zhixue Decoction and Tiaojing Decoction is effective in hemostasis, adjusting menstrual cycles, promoting ovulation and improving metabolic functions in patients.
