Objective(1)To observe the clinical effect of Tiaojing decoction combined with western drugdriven copper treatment on irregular menstruation with hepatolenticular degeneration.(2)To evaluate the clinical feasibility of Tiaojing decoction combined with western drug-driven copper treatment on female patients, and to provide basis for the treatment of this disease.Methods(1)40 patients who met the inclusion criteria were divided into treatment group and control group according to the randomized control principle. The treatment group was treated with Tiaojing decoction(it consists of rhubarb, coptis,Chinese angelica, rhizoma chuanxiong, rehmannia, eucommia, yam, cornus,Poria, wolfberry, dodder)and western drug-driven copper. The control group was treated with western medicine. We can observe the changes in related indicators before treatment and after three months of treatment:24H urinary copper, sex hormones, endometrial thickness, menstrual symptoms score value, irregular menstruation and safety indicators, blood routine, liver function, renal function.Analyze the difference of therapeutic effect between the two groups.(2)Statistical analysis and testing by SPSS17.0 software, the experimental results of measurement data were expressed as mean±standard deviation(`X±s),comparisons between groups were analyzed by independent sample T test, the paired T test was used for group comparison;rank data used the rank sum test and count data were analyzed by chi-square test.Statistical results,P was taken bilateral;when P<0.05,indicating a statistically significant difference;when P<0.01,indicating that there is a statistically significant difference; When P>0.05,indicating that there is no statistically significant difference. Results 1.Clinical efficacy analysis:(1)24H urinary copper excretion:24H urine copper in both groups increased after one and the fourth courses of DMSP.Compared with the same group before treatment,it has a statistical significance(P<0.01).The teeatment group increased more than the control group, indicating that Tiaojing decoction and western drug-driven copper were better than western drug-driven copper which is statistical significance(P<0.05).(2)Sex hormone FSH,E2,T index:FSH increased in varying degrees between the two groups of patients.Compared with the same group before treatment,it has a statistical significance(P<0.01).After treating, there was no statistical differences between the two groups in the level of FSH(P>0.05).E2 increased in varying degrees between the two groups of patients.Compared with the same group before treatment,it has a statistical significance(P<0.01).The treatment group increased more than the control group, indicating that Tiaojing decoction and western drug-driven copper were better than western drug-driven copper in the level of E2 which was statistical significance(P<0.05).T decreased in varying degrees between the two groups of patients. But compared with the same group before treatment,it has no statistical significance(P>0.05).After treating, there was no statistical differences between the two groups in the level of T(P>0.05).(3)Endometrial thickness:It increased in different degrees of the two groups of patients after three months of treatment.Compared with the same group before treatment,it has a statistical significance(P<0.01).The treatment group increased more than the control group, indicating that Tiaojing decoction and western drug-driven copper were better than western drug-driven copper which is statistical significance(P<0.05).(4)Chinese medicine symptom integral influence:Chinese medicine symptom integral decreased in varying degrees after treatment in both groups.Compared with the same group before treatment,it has a statistical significance(P<0.01).the Chinese medicine symptom integral of the treatment group decreased more obviously than the control group, which is statistical significance(P<0.05).(5)Menstruation clinical efficacy:The total effective rate in treatment group was 73.68%, and the control group was 40.00% after three months of treatment. The rank sum test was used to analyze the two groups of unidirectional ordered data, which is statistical significance(P<0.05),and indicated that Tiaojing decoction and western drug-driven copper were better than western drug-driven copper.2.Safety indicators analysis:(1)Blood routine WBC,RBC,PLT indicators:WBC between the two groups of patients decreased in varying degrees.Compared with the same group before treatment, the treatment group has no statistical significance(P>0.05)and the control group has a statistical significance(P<0.01).The treatment group decreased more than the control group(P<0.01),Indicating that copper medicated drugs have the effect on reducing WBC counts. The RBC and PLT were slightly increased in the treatment group after treatment, and compared with the same group before treatment,it has no statistical significance(P>0.05).RBC and PLT were slightly decreased in the control group after treatment, and compared with the same group before treatment,it has no statistical significance(P>0.05).There was no significant difference between the two groups after treatment(P> 0.05).(2)Liver function ALT,AST indicators:ALT and AST Between the two groups of patients decreased in varying degrees.Compared with the same group before treatment,it has a statistical significance(P<0.01).The treatment group decreased more than the control group,it has a statistical significance between the two groups(P<0.05),and indicated that Tiaojing decoction can improve liver function.(3)Renal function BUN,Scr indicators:Compared with the same group before treatment,it has no statistical significance in the level of BUN and Scr(P>0.05).After treating, there was no statistical differences between the two groups in the level of BUN and Scr(P>0.05).Conclusion There were therapeutic effect on female patients of hepatolenticular degeneration with menstrual disorders, sex hormones, endometrial thickness,24 H urinary copper, but Tiaojing decoction combined with western drug-driven copper were better than western drug-driven copper, and faster efficacy. This study confirms that Tiaojing decoction combined with western medicine is an effective method for the treatment of menstrual disorders in female patients with hepatolenticular degeneration, and It is worth in the clinical application.
