The Clinical Research On Treatment Of Anovulatory Dysfunctional Uterine Bleeding Women By The Method Of Invigorating The Kidney And Regulating Menstruation Cycles

Objective:To observe the invigorating the kidney in regulating menstruation cycles associating with low doses of estrogen and progesterone sequential treatment on patients of anovulatory dysfunctional uterine bleeding after control bleeding, the main clinical symptoms、BBT and reproductive hormones influence.To nail down the integrative medicine efficacy of anovulatory DUB, and to explore the mechanism for clinical providing some ideas and methods.Methods:40patients of Anovulatory dysfunctional uterine bleeding were randomly divided into two groups, the treatment group (20cases),20cases of the control group. The treatment group were given the treatment on the invigorating the kidney of regulating menstruation cycles associating with low doses of estrogen and progesterone sequential, the control group were treated with invigorating the kidney in regulating menstruation cycles, and the total course was three months.To observe the menstrual cycle、menstrual period、menstrual bleeding and correlated clinical symptoms, the level of hormone (E2、FSH、LH),the changes of BBT, we carried on pre-and post-treatment of self-control and control between the two groups.Results:①The cure rate of the treatment group is5%, effective rate is85%, the control group’s cure rate is10%, effective rate is90%, the total effective rate comparison was not statistically significant (P>0.05).②After treatment, the TCM clinical symptoms of the two groups is more improved than before treated, the treatment group regulate the menstrual cycle and menstrual period more efficacy, and improve backache and soft knee,dizziness and tinnitus,five upset hot,red tongue with rapid pulserapid pulse and other symptoms, the two groups showed no significant difference (P>0.05).③The two groups could significantly improve the condition of patients with BBT, improve ovulation rate, the two groups of patients improve ovulation in patients with no significant difference (P>0.05).④The two groups could increase the level of E2after the treatment, there is a significant difference (P<0.05) compared with before treatment; and FSH and LH were no significant changes between the two groups after treatment,there was no significant difference (P>0.05).Conclusion:The invigorating the kidney in regulating menstruation cycles associating with low doses of estrogen and progesterone sequential treatment on patients of anovulatory dysfunctional uterine bleeding after control bleeding has Tiaojing efficacy significantly, small dose sequential therapy of estrogen and progesterone has effective regulation of the patient’s menstrual cycle and menstrual period,and invigorating the kidney in regulating menstruation cycles targeted installments of governance, improve patient yin deficiency symptoms effectively,it recover ovulation, and rebuild normal menstrual ovulation by reproductive endocrine axis adjustment disorder.
