The Clinical Study Of Guchong Zhixue Decoction In Treating Bleeding Phase Of Anovulatory Perimenopausal Dysfunctional Uterine Bleeding

Objective:To observe the clinical effects of Guchong Zhixue decoction(self-modified formula) on anovulatory perimenopausa dysfunctional uterine bleeding(PDUB)(Qi deficiency and blood stasis type), explore the hemostatic mechanisms.Method:60patients were divided randomly into test group (30cases,treated withGCZXD) and control group(30cases,treated with Fukang capsule). To Observe twogroups in efficacy of TCM symptoms,hemostatic effect,and Chinese medicine symptomscore before and after treatment,The changes of E2、Hb、PT、APTT before and aftertreatment were detected. Blood and urine routine、 liver and renal function、electrocardiogram were monitored. Medicinal cure effect and safety were analyzed.Result: The test group patients demonstrated a definite effect，with total effective ratewas96.67％,cure rate was66.67％,effective rate was20.00%, while in the controlgroup,they were63.33％,20.00％,13.33％respectively.The difference was significant(P<0.01). Compared to control group,efficacy of TCM symptoms,hemostaticeffect,Chinese medicine symptom score, Hb level, the changes of PT and APTT wereimproved significant in test group, there was a significant difference(P<0.01、P<0.05).Statistical analysis showed that hemostatic efficacy is not affected by the degree ofdisease.Conclusion：Guchong Zhixue decoction for Qi deficiency and blood-stasis typehemostatic effect of peri-menopausal dysfunctional uterine bleeding with good, a good rolefor improving clinical symptoms.Its effect was remarkable.
