| Objective: Chronic abacterial prostatitis is clinical intractable diseases, this study through literature research and clinical observation, to study the mechanism of Jiaozuo Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine homemade The Jin Hu San capsule, and to discuss its chronic abacterial prostatitis (damp heat and blood stasis type) and the therapeutic effect.Methods: Using experimental design method of random, control, according to theinclusion and exclusion criteria, selection of chronic abacterial prostatitis(dampheat and blood stasis type)98cases, these cases were from2013March to2013December in Jiaozuo Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine andrology clinic patients, whichwere randomly divided into experimental group and control group,51cases in test group,47cases in the control group. The control group were treated with Qianlie Acbelcapsule,4capsules, three times a day, oral; the test group were treated with The Jin HuSan capsule,4capsules, three times a day, oral.The two groups were4weeks for a course of treatment. Before treatment and four weeks respectively, evaluation of two groups of patients with NIH-CPSI score, self rating Anxiety Scale (SAS) score. Microscopy and culture of the prostatic fluid of two patients.Results: After a course of treatment,the patients in the experimental group NIH-CPSI pain score, abnormal urination score, total score and lecithin body integral with the control group had statistical significance compared. In patients with self rating Anxiety Scale score was no statistical significance between two groups.Conclusion:1.For chronic abacterial prostatitis (dampheat and blood stasis) patients, The Jin Hu San capsule can relieve pain in the pelvicregion of symptoms, and can reduce the patients urination;2. The Jin Hu San capsulecan increase the number of prostate fluid lecithin corpuscle, alleviate the inflammation reaction. |
