Clinical Study On The Treatment Of Chronic Prostatitis (qi Stagnation And Blood Stasis Type) By Applying Shenque Acupoint With Jiawei Dinggui Powder

The etiology of chronic prostatitis(Chronic prostatitis,CP)is very complicated.The traditional etiology is considered to be the process of prostate infection and pathogen inflammation.The clinical manifestations are frequent urination,urgency,endless urinatio n,urinary drip,etc,accompanied by perineal and small abdomen bulging pain and a c ertain degree of anxiety,etc.It has the characteristics of slow onset,repeated attacks,dive rse symptoms and difficult to heal.It is a disease that makes doctors and patients very confused.The incidence of prostatitis is about 25%,but about half(35%-50%)of me n will be affected by prostatitis at some point in their lives.At present,although there are many treatment methods for CP,there is a lack of specific treatment methods,the tr eatment results are not satisfactory,and there is no unified and standardized treatment plan.Oral drug treatment of CP is the most important treatment method,and its effect i s significant.However,oral drug treatment has some problems that are difficult to overc ome,such as high treatment cost,long course of treatment,and long-term medication.Una ble to persist in treatment,which ultimately affects the clinical efficacy,leading to aban donment of previous achievements.It is particularly important to explore more effective treatment options.Previous research has shown that Dingguisan attached shenque acup oint is safe and effective in the treatment of chronic prostatitis(qi and blood stasis ty pe),this study was designed to observe the efficacy and safety of Jiawei Dingguisan at tached shenque acupoint.Objective:In this study,the clinical efficacy of Jiawei Dingguisan was compared with that of Dingguisan to evaluate the efficacy and safety of Jiawei Dingguisan attached shenque acupoint,then promote the application in clinical to shorten the course of treatment and reduce the burden of patients,so that the majority of patients with chronic prostatitis benefit.Methods:Patients with chronic prostatitis who met the standards were included,and their general information,symptoms,signs,treatment history and combined diseases were recorded.The 80 patients were divided into 2 groups of equal number,Dingguisan attached shenque acupoint(group A)and Jiawei Dingguisan attached shenque acupoint group(group B),by computer generated random code table.With NIH-CPSI scale and Chinese medicine symptom score as the main evaluation index,recorded adverse reactions.All the data was treated with SPSS23.0.Results:The improvement of NIH-CPSI scale score and Chinese medicine symptom score in the treatment group was better than that in the control group,with statistical significance difference(P<0.05).With reference to the NIH-CPSI rating scale,the total effective rate of the two group was 75%and 85%respectively,with statistical significance difference(P<0.05).Only one patient experienced adverse reactions during treatment,no special treatment is given.Conclusion:Jiawei Dingguisan attached shenque acupoint is safe and effective in the treatment of chronic prostatitis(qi and blood stasis type).Its clinical curative effect is better than Dingguisan.
