Objective:To investigate the effect of traditional Chinese medicine Liqihuoxue Decoction qi stagnation and blood stasis chronic prostatitis (non-batcterial type).Methords:Materials of patient data conform the selection criteria were input EXCEL in order. To five years of age as an age group for single and double random distribution Distribution was not changed until after the expiration of the period of treatment.Divided into Liqihuoxue Decoction treatment group (hereinafter referred to as the treatment group) and Qianlie Jindan tablets control group (hereinafter referred to as the control group), each 30 cases.Meanwhile, there was no significant difference between the two groups in the clinical data such as age, course of disease (P>0.05).The treatment group was given Liqi Huoxue Decoction,200ml each time, orally before breakfast and after dinner each time.The control group oral Qianlie Jindan tablets 3 tablets each time,3 times a day, two groups were treated for 28 days.Observation of treatment group and control group before and after treatment in patients with clinical symptoms and signs and prostate massage fluid (EPS) routine and chronic prostatitis symptom index (NIH-CPSI), and record the changes before and after treatment.Results:Through the observation of treatment group and control group before and after treatment the clinical indexes, it is concluded that the two groups after treatment, the clinical indexes were significantly improved, TCM symptom score decreased significantly, the NIH-CPSI index decreased significantly, The number of white blood cells in EPS was significantly decreased than before treatment, while lecithin content increased significantly.The data inputed SPSS 19.0 for statistical test was comparable, there was no significant difference between the two groups before treatment (P>0.05).The NIH-CPSI symptom index of the two groups after treatment was significantly lower than before treatment, and the difference was very significant (p<0.01).The scores of the two groups after treatment were significantly different (P<0.05), which showed that the efficacy of the treatment group was better than that of the control group, the groups were compared with the control group, the treatment group was better than the control group.Conclusions:Li qi Huoxue Decoction has a significant curative effect on qi stagnation and blood stasis type of chronic prostatitis (non-bacterial type)...
