Clinical Study Of Liqi Tongyu Decoction In The Treatment Of Type ? Prostatitis With Qi Stagnation And Blood Stasis Syndrome

Objective: to observe the qi tong stasis soup of qi and blood stasis type ?prostatitis clinical therapeutic effect and safety,for clinical treatment of type ?prostatitis(CP/CPPS)and qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome provides basis and train of thought.Methods: The 60 patients were divided into two groups according to the random number table,30 patients in each group.The control group was given life guidance and treatment with Tamsulosin hydrochloride capsule + levofloxacin tablet.The experimental group was treated with Liqi Tongyu decoction on the basis of the control group.One course of treatment was given every 4 weeks,and two courses of treatment were given consecutively in each group.Curative effect indexes were recorded before and after treatment in both groups,and then compared and analyzed and statistically processed between groups.Results: 1.NIH-CPSI scores:(1)The NIH-CPSI scores of the experimental group were significantly improved at 4 weeks(13.90±4.44 points)and 8 weeks(9.90±4.33 points)compared with those before treatment(P < 0.05).In the control group,there were statistically significant improvements in ni H-CPSI scores at 4 weeks(15.30±4.37 points)and 8 weeks(13.43±3.70 points)compared with those before treatment(P < 0.05).(2)at 4 weeks of treatment,there was no statistical significance in the improvement of nih-cpsi score between the experimental group(13.90±4.44 points)and the control group(15.30±4.37 points)(P > 0.05),and the efficacy was similar.However,at 8 weeks of treatment,there was a statistically significant improvement in NIH-CPSI score between the experimental group(9.90±4.33 points)and the control group(13.43±3.70 points)(P < 0.05).The curative effect was more obvious in the experimental group.2.TCM syndrome score :(1)the improvement of TCM syndrome score in the experimental group at 4 weeks(5.07±2.180 points)and 8 weeks(3.77±1.851 points)was statistically significant compared with that before treatment(P < 0.05).In the control group,the improvement of TCM syndrome score at 4 weeks(6.53±2.886 points)and 8 weeks(5.27±2.728 points)was statistically significant compared with that before treatment(P < 0.05).(2)TCM syndrome score: The improvement of TCM syndrome score between the experimental group and the control group at 4 weeks(5.07±2.180)and 8 weeks(3.77±1.851)was statistically significant(P < 0.05).And the experimental group was more obvious.3.More significant efficiency of NIH-CPSI score: at 4 weeks of treatment,the effective rate of nih-cpsi score was compared between the two groups,P=1.00 > 0.05,and the effective rate between the two groups was not statistically significant.At 8 weeks of treatment,the more significant efficiency of ni H-CPSI score was compared between the two groups,P=0.00 < 0.01,and the more significant efficiency was statistically significant difference between the two groups.The experimental group was significantly better than the control group.Conclusion: qi tong stasis soup treatment ?prostatitis qi and blood stasis type,to the patients with NIH-CPSI integral and TCM syndrome integral has obvious curative effect;It is more effective than Tansulosin hydrochloride capsule and levofloxacin tablets.
