Clinical Observation On The Treatment Of Chronic Prostatitis With Qi - Stagnation And Blood - Stasis Type

Objective: To evaluate the efficacy of Prostatitis NO. 5 treating on the type of Qi-stagnation and blood stasis of protatitis. Materials and Methods: Depending on The diagnostic criterias of TCM and western medicine on Clinical Researches of TCM and New Medicines, excluding the discrepancies, we got 100 patients who all were involved in IIIB prostatitis and Qi-stagnation and blood stasis, for the experiment. The patients were distributed randomly into blank control group, patients fed with Doxazosin Mesylate and radiofrequency treatment, while treatment control group, which were treated by Prostatitis NO. 5,made by ourselves, and by traditional Chinese medicine bath. both last for 4 weeks. Combined with the National Institutes of Health chronic prostatitis symptom index(NIH-CPSI), the grade index of quantized criteria for TCM syndrome, and the changes of white blood cells before and after treatment., we kept eyes on and contrasted the differences of efficacy before and after treatment to prove Prostatitis NO. 5 better at treating chronic prostatitis after reviewing some of the medical literature about, published in the last 10 years,TCM and western medicine`s being integrated together on treating this disease. Results: After treatment, the treatment group in the NIH- CPSI quantitative score and TCM symptoms integral is better than that of control group(P < 0.05), the middle and lower belly belly or pain in single contrast and urine after the drop, the comparison between the two groups, there are significant differences(P < 0.01); In the perineum, and other local belly or pain, lumbar di ministry, and around the belly anal discomfort or pain, urine tingling, comparison between the two groups, there were significant differences(P < 0.05); Belly or pain and outer genital area, the comparison between the two groups, no significant difference(P > 0.05); And the WBC in EPS changes in treatment group and control group no significant differences(P > 0.05). Conclusion: Most treatment group curative effect is better than that of control group, especially in the belly belly or pain especially and urine after the drop, the perineum, and other local belly or pain, lumbar di ministry and around the belly anal discomfort or pain, urine sting, also has great advantage, thus proves the top 5 in the treatment of qi and blood stasis type of chronic prostatitis for effective treatment, is worth in clinical promotion and application.
