Health is a hot field of research around world, which is the most important partof life quality evaluation. Health related quality of life was evaluated for individualsor groups of physical and mental health. Health is the biological genetic, environment,behavior and way of life, medical and health services influenced and restricted factors.Medical staff as the main body of the medical service industry is usually considered asa high level of knowledge, high self health care consciousness, high social qualitygroups. However, because of the heave normal work and scientific research work, thetense relationship between doctors and patients, the medical staff become a specialgroup who are easy to get health problems. Understand the influencing factors ofhealth problems in the medical staff can not only maintain and promote the healthlevel and professional life extension of medical staff, but also provide a referencebasis for health management of medical staff. Furthermore, the investigation canimprove China’s medical service quality and level.Objective:Health status of812physical staff in a3A hospital of Jilin City in2012wereinvestigated and statistical analysis, which show the main health problems and themain factor of the hospital worker, and provide a reference for the healthmanagement.Methods:Physical examination data were collected from medical workers, Includingheight, weight, waistline, blood pressure, blood routine test, liver function, renalfunction, blood sugar, blood fat, electro cardinal, chest X-ray, color Doppler, therecognition of Traditional Chinese Medicine, gynecologic examination and so on.A database was built using Excel and SPSS19.0software package was applied tostatistical analysis of the data,and the statistical methods adopted included thedescriptive analysis,Chi-square test and CMH Chi-square test. Statistically significant difference is P <0.05.Results:1. The number of Physical staff including in the investigation is812, which is inthe age range from21to64, including254male and558female. The mean age is40.2±11.4years old.2. The results show that812medical workers and check in, Positive rate is73.4%and diseases as follows: fat (33.7%), hyperlipidemia (31.7%), hyperglycemia(8.1%), cholecystic polypus (8.1%), renal calculus (5.2%), hyperuricemia (5.0%).3. In the812medical workers between21and61years old, investigation showsthat overweight and obesity, high blood lipids, fatty liver, thyroid nodules,hypertension, high blood sugar, hepatic cyst, polyps of the gallbladder abnormaldetection rate had significant difference (P﹤0.05) between different age, andincreased with the increasing of age.4. In812medical workers, investigation shows that overweight and obesity,high blood lipids, fatty liver, kidney stones, hypertension, liver cyst, high bloodglucose, blood uric acid high abnormal rate had significant difference (P﹤0.05)between different gender, and male medical workers, abnormal detection rate is higherthan that of medical workers the abnormal rate of women.6. In558female, investigation shows that abnormal uterine ultrasound detectionrate was37.9%, abnormal attachment of color Doppler ultrasound detection rate was12.2%, breast ultrasound abnormality rate was35.6%. Accessories ultrasoundabnormal detection rate between women of different ages showed no significantdifference (P﹥0.05), uterine and breast ultrasound abnormality rate had significantdifference (P﹤0.05). Breast ultrasound abnormality rate was up to43.1%between41and51years, while the abnormality rate is the lowest5.8%Between61and64years.41to51years of age abnormal uterine ultrasound detection rate was up to46.2%,21to31age group had the lowest rate of abnormal (23.9%). The different kinds ofprofessional female medical workers of color Doppler ultrasound, color Dopplerultrasound of uterine accessory abnormal detection rate showed no significantdifference (P﹥0.05), breast ultrasound abnormal differences have statisticaldifference (P﹤0.05), nursing group the highest detection rate was60.1%, thedetection rate for a minimum of16.3%administrative group. 7. The result of Chinese medical inspection in812medical workers shows thatPinghezhi is the highest.Conclusion:1. The abnormal detection rate is high in the812medical staff participating inthe investigation, and the top10abnormal detection index are overweight and obesity,high blood lipids, fatty liver, thyroid nodules, cysts of the liver, hypertension,hyperglycemia, high blood uric acid, polyp of gallbladder, kidney stones.2. the top10abnormal detection index is increased with the increasing of age;male medical workers of overweight and obesity, high blood lipids, fatty liver,hypertension, high blood sugar, hepatic cyst, kidney stones, blood uric acid highanomaly detection rate is higher than that of female medical workers. Assistant groupin overweight and obesity, high blood lipids, fatty liver, hypertension, high bloodsugar, hepatic cyst, thyroid nodules and blood uric acid high abnormal detection rateis the highest, while the nursing group in overweight and obesity, high blood lipids,fatty liver, hypertension, high blood sugar, hepatic cyst, thyroid nodules and blooduric acid high anomaly the lowest detection rate.3. The investigation shows that Uterine and breast ultrasound abnormality rateof female medical staff has significant difference between different ages. Breastultrasound abnormality of the different work has statistically difference.4. The medical Staff are mainly Pinghezhi. The male medical workers aremainly damp heat, qi stagnation, Yang xuzhi quality. Female medical workers aremainly in the damp heat, Qi deficiency, and phlegm dampness.
