ObjectiveWith the development of social productivity and continuous improvement of people's living standard, investigate the health status of medical staff become more and more important. Work environment of medical staff and their physical and mental health has become a research hotspot. This study invest commonly health problem of medical staff, serving in general hospital of Changchun city, provide scientific basis for the strategy of heath control.Methods1441 medical staff working in the hospital were examined by the specialists in hospital in 2009. which included height, weight, waistline, results of routine blood, biochemical test, blood sugar, HBV.M, blood pressure, electrocardiogram and B-scan etc. A database was built using epidata3.1and SPSS13.0 software package was applied to statistical analysis of the data,and the statistical methods adopted included the descriptive analysis, Chi-square test and CMH Chi-square test.Results and DiscussionThere are 1441 medical staffs did health examination ,whose age from 21 to 61。The examination can make a comprehensive reflection of hospital for medical staffs in the overall health.The result shows that 1441 of medical personnel has an exceptional index for 1011, accounting for medical examination of the total number of 70.2%. The highest detection rate are overweigh(t36.6%) and obesity(33.7%), hyperglycemi(a30.9%),hypertension(22.8%), adiposis hepatica(18.9%), hyperglycaemia( 8.1%), polypi of cholecyst(4.5%), the higher BUA( 4.2%),kidney stone (3.4%),hepatic cyst (2.9%),respectively. The detection rate of hyperlipemia, overweight and obesity, obese on abdomen, hypertension, adiposis hepatica, hyperglycaemia, polypi of cholecyst, higher BUA and hepatic cyst have the increased tendency as age raising up, which has statistical significance(P<0.05);the detection rate of hyperlipemia, overweight and obesity, obese on abdomen, hypertension , adiposis hepatica, hyperglycaemia,polypi of cholecyst,higher BUA, hepatic cyst, kidney stone show that man's rate is higher than woman's, which has statistical significance(P<0.05);further more, the exceptional index'detection rate is the most highest in logistics group and the lowest in nursing group, which has statistical significance(P<0.05).The investigation of the 1441 medical staff analysis show that 136 of the medical staff detect the three or more of the exceptional index, accounting for 9.4%, which defined as"metabolism syndrome". 34.3% medical staffs have one or two indexes are positive, which should be given to. Men and women of the metabolic disease syndrome differences have statistical significance, men is easy to have metabolic syndrome and woman is the protect factors for metabolic syndrome. Detection rate of metabolic syndrome among different age groups has no statistical significance, as age rising up, detection rate gradually become a trend of higher (P<0.05).975 of 1441 medical staff who did medical examination have positive opposing HBs and the positive rate reach 67.7%, while 407 of them are all negative, accounting for 28.2%. Medical staff create reciprocal protected antibody due to inject Hepatitis B vaccine. It relates to the medical staff's knowledge and awareness of self-health care. They can actively have inoculation of vaccine."Small Three Positive"reach 0.8%,and"Big Three Positive"reach only 0.1%. Different groups, ages, sex present different ability of HBs viral immunity. The doctors having HBs viral immunity reach 72.1%, and the nurses reach 73.9%, but the maintenance personnel reach only48.4%. The medical personnel whose age below 40 years old having HBs viral immunity reach 75.5%, and the others whose age over 40 years old having HBs viral immunity reach only 54.7%ConclusionsAmong the 1441 checkup medical staff, there are 1011 have abnormal index, account for 70.2%. Main factors that affect health of staff are overweight and obesity,hyperlipemia, hypertension, adiposis hepatica, meanwhile they are distinct from each age,sex and profession. 9.4% staff suffers from metabolism syndrome and 34.3% of staff are metabolic syndrome risk groups. The negative detection of HBs antigen account is 28.2%, while staff with hepatitis B virus immunity is 67.7%."Small Three Positive"is 0.8%, and"Big Three Positive"reach only 0.1%.
