Objective:Evaluating internal and external co-Treatment Method on Children ViralPneumonia(Wind and heat blocking the lung syndrome) clinical curative effect,so that toprovide the basis for establishment of prevention and controlment of traditional Chinesemedicine used in the treatment of children viral pneumonia.Method:60children viral pneumonia patients were randomly divided into2groups,the experimental group and the control group. The experimental group adopted xiyan ping injection static drop, cooperate with xiao er qing fei he ji and zhi ke san oral, atthe same time fu xiong san for external use.The control group with ribavirin injection staticdrop, cooperate with yu fen jia ma na min syrup oral and symptomatic treatment. Thenobserve the two groups of symptoms and signs before and after treatment, evaluate theclinical curative effect of the treatment group. Results:Comparing the disease clinical curative effect, treatment group’s totaleffectiveness and markedly effective rate were96.67%and86.67%respectively, and thecontrol group is93.33%and56.67%. Compared two groups, P<0.05.Comparativeeffectiveness of syndrome of Chinese medicine, the treatment group’s total effectivenessand the markedly effective rate were96.67%and83.33%respectively, the control groupwere90%and53.33%.Compared two groups,P<0.05,the experimental group’s clinicaldisease curative effect and syndrome curative effect is superior to the control group’s. Andafter treatment, the experimental group were shorter than that in control group in the fever, cough, cough up phlegm, and lung’s average disappeared time and the average length ofhospital stay. The difference is statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion:The RCT research of internal and external co-Treatment Method onChildren Viral Pneumonia(Wind and heat blocking the lung syndrome) has clinicalcurative effect. The total effective rate, the markedly effective rate and improvement of symptoms and signs were better than that in control group, provided objective basis forrational clinical syndrome differentiation and treatment.
