| ObjectiveThrough the pneumonia:a randomized controlled clinical study on TCM internal and external treatment regimen in the treatment of children with community getting, evaluation the clinical curative effect of the scheme and provide the clinical basis for the popularization and application of the scheme.MethodsUsing group stratified, randomized, controlled study design, will meet the inclusion and exclusion criteria of 64 cases of wind heat closed lung syndrome and phlegm heat closed lung syndrome of community acquired pneumonia in children, divided into internal and external treatment group and within group and external treatment group. Combined internal and external treatment group was treated with syndrome differentiation of oral medicine granule and topical application in powder treatment and the within group to dialectical oral Chinese medicine granule in the treatment of external treatment group with deposited in powder treatment. Integral efficiency, significant changes of the 3 groups were compared and the main symptom improvement, evaluation of clinical curative effect of combined internal and external treatment scheme. And through the electronic stethoscope collects and records of children with pulmonary rales, children in three groups were compared and different syndrome types of rales disappear time difference and evaluate the curative effect of the absorption of rales.Results1. Into the 64 cases,1 case lost, was observed in 63 cases, of which wind heat blocking the Lung Group (29 cases), phlegm heat obstructing the Lung Group (34 cases), the average number of days of treatment for 6 days.2. The combination of internal and external treatment group and within group, external treatment groups of disease treatment, the markedly effective rate were 52.9%,33.3% and 72.7%, syndrome curative effect more significant rate of 52.9%,66.7% and 77.3%, respectively. External treatment group of the best effect, in disease curative effect is obviously superior to the within group (P< 0.05), both inside and outside of treatment group and the other two groups no significant difference (P>0.05).3. The three groups after treatment in children with disease integral with disease and syndrome score before treatment significantly decreased (P<0.01); among the three groups of children with integral is no statistical difference (P>0.05), reducing rate compared to the no statistical difference (P>0.05).4.3 groups of children with fever, asthma in regression time had no significant difference (P>0.05), internal and external treatment group had better trend in the symptom improvement.5.3 groups of children rales disappeared days had no significant difference (P>0.05), but wind heat Fanfei syndrome treatment in children with pulmonary rales disappeared days is better than that of phlegm heat closed lung syndrome in children (P< 0.01).Conclusion1. The use of internal external treatment with traditional Chinese medicine, internal, external treatment regimen were effective in reducing disease in children with integral, syndrome integral, shorten the hospitalized days, indicating that the traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of infantile pneumonia is an important role for the treatment of.2. External treatment group curative effect is optimal, combined internal and external treatment group did not achieve the best effect, but in the improvement of fever, asthma have better trend, consider the possible due to insufficient sample size, treatment process exist some interfering factors and other reasons, lack of internal and external treatment regimen for the treatment of pneumonia in children with better evidence, the study still has room for improvement.3. Wind heat closed lung syndrome in’children with pulmonary rales absorption compared with phlegm heat closed lung syndrome children with curative effect is more significant in, may be associated with the children’s physiological and the drug, in future research to be explored and improved treatment options. |
