Evaluation And Research Of The Internal And External Co-Treatment Method In Pediatric Pneumonia Chuansou Which The Syndrome Are Wind-Heat, Phlegm-heat Closed The Lung

Objective:Evaluate clinical effect of the internal and external co-treatment method in children with Pneumonia Chuansou which the syndrom are wind-heat, phlegm-heat closed the lung.Methods:120 cases of pediatric Pneumonia Chuansou which are wind-heat, phlegm-heat closed the lung are randomly divided into test group with 64cases and control group with 56cases. The control group use Xiyanping and treat symptomaticly while the test group use the drugs based on the control group and plus oral Chinese medicine and thoracic powder to external use and observe the improvement of the disease about symptoms and signs.Results:The total effective rate of the test group in wind heat closed the lung is 96.30% while the control group is 90.91%;The total effective rate of the test group in phlegm heat closed the lung is 97.22% while the control group is 94.12%.Test group is better than the control group in total score after treatment,fever,cough,tan yong, asthma, pulmonary rales and X film point after treatment and the difference has statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The Internal and External co-treatment method have significant effect in treating children with Pneumonia Chuansou in Wind-heat and Phlegm-heat closed the lung,and have important clinical value.
