Intervention Of Heyang Xiao Ying Decoction On The Patients With Hashimoto’s Thyroiditis And Hypothyroidism Of Spleen And Kidney Deficiency

Objects: To observe the effect of HeYang XiaoYing decoction on patients withHashimoto’s thyroiditis and Hypothyroidism of spleen and kidney deficiency and toexplore its mechanism of action.Methods:60patients with Hashimoto’s thyroiditis and Hypothyroidism of spleen andkidney deficiency were randomly devided into the treatment group and the control group,each group of30cases.The two groups were given regular foundation treatment such aslow iodine diet, regular meals, proper rest, avoid fatigue and mood swings andLevothyroxine Sodium Tablets conventional treatment. The treatment group was givenHeYang XiaoYing decoction on the base of that, for8weeks.To observe the changes oftwo groups of patients before and after treatment of the TCM syndromesscores,FT3,FT4,TSH,TPOAb,TGAb and other indicators.Using statistical software for dataanalysis, to evaluate the clinical curative effect of HeYang XiaoYing decoction.Results:The total efficiency of the treatment group was86.67%,the total efficiency ofthe control group was70%. Compared the clinical curative effect of the two groups, thedifference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Comparison of TCM syndrome total scoreof the two groups after treatment, the treatment group was significantly lower than that ofthe control group (P<0.01).Comparison of FT3,FT4,TSH of the two groups aftertreatment,the differences before and after of the treatment were both statisticallysignificant(P<0.01),the group’s comparison is not significant different (P＞0.05).The twogroups’TPOAb and TGAb of before and after treatment and treatment groups, thedifferences were statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusions:HeYang XiaoYing decoction is effective for Hashimoto’s thyroiditis andHypothyroidism of spleen and kidney deficiency,can obviously improve the symptoms inpatients,and it has certain adjustment to FT3,FT4,TSH,TPOAb and TGAb.
