| Purpose Observe Jianggui yiying prescription in combination with small dose of levothyroxine sodium treatment of spleen and kidney Yang deficiency type of hashimoto’s thyroiditis with the clinical curative effect of patients with hypothyroidism and effects on SOD and MDA.Methods 66 patients included in the standard of spleen and kidney Yang deficiency type hashimoto’s thyroiditis with hypothyroidism patients according to the table were randomly divided into two groups at random:the treatment group,33 cases, control group,33 cases.To observe a total of 4 weeks as a course.Control group:25 mu g levothyroxine sodium tablets daily,1 times a day,12.5 mu per 2 weeks g dose, observing a total of one period of treatment 4 weeks.Treatment group:in the control group of drugs on the basis of add Jiang Guiyi gall soup.Of drugs:20 g dried ginger, cinnamon,20 g, rehmannia glutinosa 15 g,15 g yam, tuckahoe,15 g, alisma 10 g, selfheal,15 g xuan 15 g, astragalus root,20 g atractylodes 20 g,15 g angelica sinensis, rhizoma ligustici wallichii 15 g, green husk 10 g.15 g dried tangerine or orange peel.Usage:in the morning and 1 times,30 minutes after the meal warm clothing.Watch a total of 4 weeks as a course.Result During the trial, the treatment group 1 case was asked to quit for the initiative, actual finish 32 cases, the male in 2 cases,30 cases of female;Control group 1 case because of going out and quit,2 cases with failed to timely review, actual finish,30 cases 1 male, female 29 cases.The treatment group curative effect is superior to that in the control group total effective rate of syndromes, P< 0.05, the difference is statistically significant.Compare two groups of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) in single symptom integral aspect, the main symptoms were improved after treatment P< 0.05, but the treatment group side limb swelling, lumbar debility, aversion to cold, and cold limbs, the neck swelling is better than that in control group, P< 0.01, the difference is statistically significant.Comparison, in terms of thyroid function in the two groups before and after treatment itself compared to FT3, FT4, TSH index were significantly improved, P< 0.01, the difference was statistically significant, the two groups after treatment we indexes, except the TSH, P< 0.05, indicating that the treatment group is better than that of control group in terms of elevated the role of FT3, FT4.In terms of oxidation index of SOD, MDA, before and after treatment in the group, bring about P< 0.05, there are differences between the control group before and after treatment comparison, the effect is good;Group before and after treatment, P< 0.01, the treatment group was more significant differences before and after the treatment, shows obvious effect;Painted comparison between groups after treatment, P< 0.05. suggesting that the treatment group compared with control group with difference, effect of treatment group is better than the control group.Conclusion1. It can obviously spleen kidney Yang deficiency type HT single symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine especially, floating face limb cold, lumbar debility, and cold limbs, the neck swelling.3. It can obviously improve the spleen kidney Yang deficiency type HT we indicators: FT3, FT4, TSH.4. It maythrough this mechanism to increase SOD level, reduce the MDA level, improve the patients’overall state, safe without side effects. |
