The Intervention Of Qi GUI Yiqi Wenyang Particles In Hashimoto’s Thyroiditis With Hypothyroidism And Autoimmune Antibodies

Objective: Investigating the effect of QiGui Yiqiwenyang particles treating Hashimoto thyroiditis with hypothyroidism antibody.Methods: The objects of the study were 60 cases of HT patients,who had received the treatment in Endocrinology clinics and wards of Heze Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from August 2013 to August 2014.They were randomly divided into two groups.The treatment group: 30 patients were treated with levothyroxine tablets and Qi Gui Yiqiwenyang particles;the control group: 30 patients took levothyroxine conventional tablets.The patients’ free thyroxine(FT4),Free triiodothyronine(FT3),thyroid stimulating hormone(TSH),thyroglobulin antibody(TGAb)and thyroid peroxidase antibodies(TPO-Ab)were monitored.Besides,the 2 groups were compared clinical efficacy,TCM syndrome,symptom scores,test results and other aspects of indicators with each other.The rebound situation of thyroglobulin antibody(TGAb),thyroid peroxidase antibodies(TPO-Ab)and the efficacy were observed at the 2 months later after stopping treating.Results: From the clinical curative effect,TCM syndrome comparison,TCM syndrome integral aspect comparison,There was significant difference between the treatment group and the control group(P <0.05).,The treatment group was better than the control group.Using Qi Gui Yiqiwenyang particles may reduce the level of TGAb and TPOAb.There was significant difference compared with control group(P <0.05).TGAb and TPOAb did not rebound after the withdrawal.Conclusion: Using QiGuiYiqiwenyang to treat hypothyroidism Hashimoto can reduce the autoimmune response and it is effective and safe.
