The RCT Observation On The Effect Evaluation Of Infantile Viral Pneumonia Which Phlegm Heat Closed The Lung

Objective: Discuss clinical efficacy of different solution treatment of infantile viralpneumonia which the syndrome phlegm heat closed the lung.Methods:130cases of infantile viral pneumonia which the syndrome phlegm heatclosed the lung were divided into three groups. The50cases in group A received5~10mg/(kg·d) Xiyanping injections in5%glucose injection or100ml of0.9%sodiumchloride solution intravenous drip, TCM Wuhutang and Tinglidazaoxiefeitang in the addand subtract. the50cases in group B received Xiyanping5~10mg/(kg·d) injection in5%glucose injection or100ml of0.9%sodium chloride solution intravenous drip, and orallytook Xiaoerqingfeiheji, Huatansan and external applied with50mg Fuxiongsan on wherethe rales are obvious in the back. The30cases in group C received ribavirin10~15mg/(kg·d) in5%glucose injection and0.9%sodium chloride solution, and orallytook Yufenjiamanamintangjiang.Results: Total score after treatment of the three groups were reduced. Group A has atotal effective rate of98%, group B has a total effective rate of96%, and group C has atotal effective rate of80%. In the comparison of the signs and symptoms, group A and Btreatment showed statistically difference with group C in the aspect of cough, sputum andlung auscultation and was significantly better than that of group C. After the treatment,group A and B in improving the fever, cough, sputum and lung auscultation were betterthan group C, group A is better than that of group C in asthma improvement. Conclusion: Three kinds of solutions are all effective in the treatment of infantileviral pneumonia which phlegm heat lung closed the lung, but group A and B has a moresignificant clinical effect than C.
