Clinical Study Of Jinan Area, 99 Cases Of Infantile Pneumonia Which Phlegm Heat Closed The Lung Related Factors

Objective: Through evidence-based medical research method, this paper will discuss clinical features of infantile pneumoniawhich Phlegm Heat Closedthe Lung and analyzedialectical keypoints and the relativity between clinical symptoms and pathogens,andthenprovidescientific evidenceforthestandardizationof Chinese medicine of treatingpneumonia.Methods:To collect pneumonia which Phlegm Heat Closedthe Lungpatients' hospitalization records and statistical analysisduring 4,2014 and 9,2015 inShandong Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital. To determine the relationship between its clinical symptoms and gender,age,onset of the seasonandpathogens.Results:By statistical analysis, there's no significant relationship between its clinicalclassification and gender,but great related to age,etiology and season;Thechief heating type of this pattern of syndrome is medium heating.Frequency cough is the most common.The most common amount of expectoration is medium.Most patients are with mild or moderate asthma;The master tongue natureis red and the yellow and thick coated tongue is the most common.Conclusion:Heating characteristics and asthma are associated with etiology;In Jinan area,Infantile Pneumonia which Phlegm Heat Closedthe Lungis common in winter and spring.
