From Polyester Treatment Phlegm Heat Phlegm To Smooth Wheezing Party Closed Type Lung Pneumonia Asthma (Chlamydia Pneumonia) Clinical Observation

Purpose:from polyester phlegm to smooth wheezing party treatment phlegm heat closed type lung pneumonia asthma (chlamydia pneumonia) clinical observation, to observe the safety and clinical curative effect, reduce the application of western medicine antibiotics.Method:60cases phlegm heat closed type lung were randomly divided into:the treatment group30cases and control group30cases.Both groups in azithromycin application, on the basis of western medicine treatment group to add with the polyester phlegm to smooth wheezing, the control group with pediatric pneumonia,5days for one period of treatment, observation of2-3period of treatment.Result:Statistical analysis of data before and after the treatment, since the quasi polyester phlegm to smooth wheezing party of phlegm heat closed type lung pneumonia asthma curative effect is remarkable.(1) treatment group total effective rate of96.7%, observation group total effective rate of86.7%.After statistical treatment, the total curative effect comparison of the two groups have significant difference (P<0.05), the treatment group curative effect is better than the control group.(2) in the two groups before and after treatment on the symptoms and signs disappeared time and reduce the hospitalization days in treatment group was better than that in control group (P<0.05).Conclusion:from polyester phlegm to smooth wheezing party treatment phlegm heat closed type lung pneumonia asthma (chlamydia pneumonia) has good treatment effect, has the important clinical application value.
