Observation Of The Effect Of Iontophoresis Of Infantile Pneumonia Decoction In The Treatment Of Wind-heat And Lung Closed Pneumonia

ObjectiveTo observe the clinical effect of iontophoresis of Infantile pneumonia Decoction in the treatment of bacterial pneumonia with wind-heat and lung closed syndrome,and to provide a new reference for the comprehensi ve treatment of children’s bacterial pneumonia.Methods120 cases of bact erial pneumonia with wind-heat and lung closed syndrome syndrome were randomly divided into experimental group(60 cases)and control group(60 cases).The control group only received conventional western medicine treatment,that is,anti infection treatment,anti tussive treatment such as cough relief and expectorant treatment.The experimental group was treated with children’s pneumonia formula ion introduction on the basis of conventional western medicine treatment for 5 consecutive days.Before and after treatment,TCM syndrome score,leukocyte count,granulocyte ratio and CRP were recorded.Results1.The average therapeutic index of 60 patients in the experimental group was(84.63±10.65)%,and that of 60 patients in the control group was(65.95±11.98)%.There was a significant difference between the two groups(P<0.01).There was significant difference between the two groups in the composition ratio of curative effect classification.The more significant rate of the experimental group and the control group was 90%and 50%,respectively.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P＜0.01).The curative effect of the experimental group was better than that of the control group.2.Before treatment,there was no statistical significance in the total score of syndrome,main symptom and secondary symptom between the two groups(P＞0.05).After treatment,there were significant differences in the total score of syndrome,main symptom and secondary symptom between the two groups(P＜0.01).The total score of syndrome,main symptom and secondary symptom in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group.3.Compared with before treatment,the main symptoms and signs of cough,expectoration,shortness of breath and auscultation of lung in the two groups were significantly improved(P ＜0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference between the two groups(P＞0.05).After treatment,there was significant difference between the two groups(P＜0.01).The improvement of cough,expectoration and lung rale in the experimental group was better than that in the control group.There was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).4.The inflammatory indexes such as WBC,NE ratio and CRP in the experimental group and the control group after treatment were lower than those in the same group before treatment,the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.01),but there was no statistical significance in WBC,NE ratio and CRP between the two groups after treatment(P＞0.05).ConclusionOn the basis of conventional western medicine treatment,the clinical effect and the more obvious rate can be significantly improved in the treatment of children with bacterial pneumonia wind heat syndrome,and there is no adverse reaction in the research process,which shows that the treatment of children’s bacterial pneumonia by ion introduction of children’s pneumonia formula is safe and effective.
