The Clinical Research Of Removing Heatphlegm Massage Therapy Cooperates With Drags For Infantile Pneumonia (Phlegm-heat Obstrusting The Lung)

Objective: To observe and research the clinical therapeutic result of infantilepneumonla (phlegm-heat obstructing the lung) treated by removing heatphlegm massagetherapy and drugs.Methods: According to the diagnostic criteria, inclusive criteria and exclusive criteriafor the scheduled research subject, we selected60cases of infantile pneumonia(phlegm-heat obstructing the lung), which were randomly chosen and divided into twogroups: the treatment group and the control group. Each group contained30cases. Thetreatment group was treated by T removing heatphlegm massage therapy and drugs, andthe control group by drugs only.Result: The total cure rate of the treatment and comparison group was100%as wellas90%respectively (P<0.05). The days of the clinical symptoms and signs disappeared ofthe two groups were offered the statistics analysis, all the symptoms and signs had verysignificant differences (P<0.05)，while compared the result of X ray examination for theassimilating condition of pulmonary lesion with the condition of the time of admission, italso had obvious differences (P<0.05) between the two groups.Conclusion: Conventional treatment (use drugs only) for the treatment of infantilepneumonla (phlegm-heat obstructing the lung) has specific therapeutic effect. But when theconventional treatment adds the removing heatphlegm massage therapy, the relieving ofsymptoms and the days for recovery are obviously superior to the conventional treatment.This can be proved the advantage of using massage therapy on the clinical care of infantilepneumonia. So it should be applied broadly in the clinical treatment.
