The Clinical Research Of Infantile Massage Therapy Cooperation With Drugs For Infantile Pneumonia (Phlegm-heat Obstructing The Lung)

ObjectiveTo observe the changes of symptoms and signs of children with pneumonia,who were phlegm-heat obstructing the lung in TCM,and to observe the changes of symptoms and signs of children with phlegm heat closed pulmonary pneumonia in children,and to evaluate the clinical efficacy of massage therapy in the treatment of pneumonia in children.MethodThis study collected 40 cases,who received hospital care in the First Affiliated Hospital of Guangzhou traditional Chinese medicine University from September 1,2017 to January 31,2018,according with Western medicine diagnostic standard of infantile pneumonia and belong to TCM syndrome of phlegm-heat obstructing the lung.The children were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,20 cases of each.The treatment group was treated by infantile massage therapy and conventional medicine,and the control group was treated with conventional medicine only.Through the comparison of two groups of phlegm-heat type main indicators before and after the treatment(fever,cough,expectoration,asthma,lung auscultation),secondary index(spirit,sneezing,runny nose,sweating,sleep,appetite,stool),and curative effect evaluation.To observe the clinical therapeutic result of infantile pneumonia treated by infantile massage therapy and conventional medicine.ResultAfter the treatment,the treatment group and control group by self-comparison in the main symptoms(fever,cough,expectoration,asthma,lung auscultation),the primary symptom integral,the secondary symptoms(sneezing,runny nose,spirit,sweating,sleep,appetite,stool),secondary symptom integral,total integral all had significant statistics differences(P<0.01,P<0.05).After treatment,the primary symptom integral,the total integral and the curative effect evaluation were significantly different from those of the control group(P<0.05).There were significant differences in the improvement of cough,expectoration and pulmonary auscultation after treatment in the two groups(P<0.05).There were no significant differences in the improvement of fever and asthma symptoms after treatment in the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the comparison between the control group and the treatment group were no significant differences in the secondary symptom integral(P>0.05).The two groups after treatment of children improve constipation symptoms,runny nose,there were significant difference(P<0.05).Comparison of sneezing,sweating,spirit,appetite,sleep symptoms,and the length of stay of the two groups after treatment,there were no significant differences(P>0.05).Conclusion(1)Conventional treatment(use drugs only)for the treatment of infantile pneumonia(phlegm-heat obstructing the lung)has specific therapeutic effect in improving the main symptoms and signs and secondary symptoms.(2)When combined with the infantile massage therapy,there are obvious advantages in relieving the symptoms of cough,expectoration,promoting rales absorption.(3)The treatment plan was effective,safe,and no obvious bad reaction.,children were willing to accept,with a high degree of coordination.Combined with the clinical research results above,the infantile massage combined with drugs therapy had more advantages than simple drugs therapy for improving the clinical symptoms of pneumonia,so it is suitable for clinical promotion.
