Objective: Analysis to guide the soup of the wind, observe the clinical effects of thetreatment of poststroke depression, in order to further improve the Chinese medicinetreatment of poststroke depression to provide clinical basis.Methods: Select into standard from clinical depression after stroke in patients with60cases, were randomly divided into treatment group (treatment of wind guide soup+1/2dose paroxetine hydrochloride),30cases in control group (treatment for paroxetinehydrochloride),30cases respectively with corresponding drugs for clinical treatment, acourse of8weeks.Were observed before and after treatment of patients with HAMD scale,NIHSS scores and ADL scores, the change of TCM syndrome score, and observed twogroups of adverse reaction in the process of treatment.Results:1. According to HAMD scale evaluation curative effect comparison period,the treatment group control rate was36.7%, total effective rate93.3%, control groupcontrol rate was13.3%, total effective rate86.7%, two groups of curative effect issignificant statistical significance (P<0.05).2. The total scores of HAMD scale, two groupsof2weeks and8weeks after treatment curative effect have significant difference, thetreatment group is better than that of control group (P<0.05).3. In the NIHSS scores andADL scores, the two groups after treatment and treatment before the score difference hadstatistical significance (P<0.05), the two groups after treatment for2weeks,8weeks aftertreatment NIHSS score and ADL score difference was statistically difference.4. In theaspect of TCM clinical symptom scores to compare, the treatment group in improvingsymptoms of traditional Chinese medicine the score is better than that in control group (P<0.01).5. Adverse reactions to negative, two groups treatment group adverse reactions occurring during treatment were significantly less than the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion: Fever and wind guide soup, dredging of qi activity, adjust Yin and Yang,formula is rigorous, compatibility and da XuanYang depressive, heat-clearing and betterthe work of god, to treat Yang wind-cold type stem poststroke depression has good curativeeffect, the characteristics of the low incidence of adverse reactions, worthy of clinicalpromotion.
