Clinical Research On The Effect Of Tongqiaohuoxue Decoction On Post-stroke Depression

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Tongqiaohuoxue Decoction in treating Post-stroke depression(obstruction of the orifices by blood stasis type),and discuss its action mechanism initially.Methods:Stochastically divided 60 examples troubles into the treatment group and control group.The treatment group used the Tongqiaohuoxue Decoction and paroxetine hydrochloride tablets.The control group used paroxetine hydrochloride tablets.Results:Be improving depressed symptom aspect,the total effective rate of the treatment group was 86.7%,the control group was 76.7%,the treatment group surpassed control group(P＜0.05).In nerve functions restores aspect,the total effective rate of the treatment group was 83.3%, the control group was 66.7%,the treatment group surpassed control group (P＜0.05).Conclusion:Tongqiaohuoxue Decoction was effective in treating post-stroke depression.It could improving depressed symptom and advancing restore of nerve functions.It was a safe medicine in the treatment.It has a good prospect of development and application.
