| Objective:This study used Chinese medicine preparation Modified Buzhong Yiqi Decoction in the treatment of post-stroke depression Qi deficiency type,aims to play the characteristics and advantages of Chinese medicine to evaluate its clinical efficacy and safety,thus highlighting the advantages of traditional Chinese medicine treatment for the majority of stroke patients with depression after deficiency.Provide a convenient,safe and practical method of Chinese medicine treatment,and promote its clinical application.Methods:60 patients were randomly divided into treatment group(n=30)and control group(n=30).The treatment group was treated with stroke treatment regimen + Modified Buzhong Yiqi Decoction.The control group was treated with stroke treatment regimen + fluoxetine hydrochloride capsules(prozac),and the two groups were treated for 8 weeks.The Hamilton Depression Scale(HAMD)(24 items)was used as the evaluation index of depressive symptoms.TCM syndrome score was used as the evaluation index of traditional Chinese medicine.ADL scale(Barthel index)score was used as the evaluation index of daily living activity,evaluation of the efficacy of patients before and after treatment.SPSS21.0 statistical software was used to analyze the data and evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety.Results:(1)Baseline:The baseline distribution of the two groups before treatment was balanced and comparable.(P>0.05).(2)Comprehensive efficacy:After treatmentthe two groups of patients with depressive symptoms of the overall efficacy of the total effective rate,the more significant difference,the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05);after treatment,the total effective rate of the two groups of traditional Chinese medicine symptoms,the rate was significantly different,the difference was statistically significant,the treatment group than the control group(P<0.05).(3)HAMD(24 items)score,individual symptom score:Two groups of treatment regimens improved the HAMD score(24 items)(P<0.05),and the treatment group was superior to the control group in improving the patients’ depression,difficulty falling asleep,gastrointestinal symptoms,systemic symptoms and inferiority scores(P<0.05);the control group was superior to the treatment group in improving the patient ’s ability to reduce it(P<0.05).(4)TCM syndrome scale,individual symptom score:Both groups of treatment regimens improved the TCM rating scale(P<0.05),and the treatment group in improving the patients with fatigue,forgetfulness,loss of appetite,spontaneous sweat symptoms score,better than the control group(P<0.05).(5)ADL scale(Barthel index)score:The treatment regimen of the two groups can improve the ADL scale(P<0.05),and there was no statistically significant difference in improving the patient ADL scale(Barthel index)(P>0.05).(6)Safety:There were no serious adverse events in the course of treatment.Conclusions:(1)Modified Buzhong Yiqi Decoction can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of post-stroke depression and qi deficiency patients.(2)Two groups of treatment regimens were able to achieve significant clinical efficacy.(3)Modified Buzhong Yiqi Decoction can significantly improve the clinical symptoms of post-stroke depression qi deficiency patients,and safe and reliable,no obvious side effects,worthy of clinical promotion. |
