The Clinical Studies On The Effect Of Bu Shen Xiao Zheng Fang In Treating Uterus Adenomyosis

Objective：To bserved the clinical efficacy of Bu Shen Xiao Zheng Fang in Treatmentuterine adenomyosis clinicaL curative effect, and to explore its mechanism of action.Method：60cases of kidney and blood stasis type of uterine adenomyosis patients wererandomly divided into treatment group (30cases, oral Bu Shen Xiao Zheng Fang) and thecontrol group (30cases, oral cassia twig tuckahoe pills).Improvement observed two groupsof patients before and after treatment of clinical signs and symptoms, and immunologicalparameters in patients with reproductive endocrine changes in hormones indicators andhemorheology.Results：Comprehensive clinical efficacy of the treatment group, TCMsyndrome and dysmenorrhea effective than the control group, there was a significantdifference (P <0.05).Two groups all can uterine volume, lower serum levels of CA125andE2, P levels, improve the degree of anemia, regulate the body’s immune function, reduceblood viscosity, compared with before treatment with significant difference (P <0.05), andcompared the significant difference between groups after treatment (P <0.05).Conclusion:Patients with kidney disease elimination can obviously improve the clinicalsymptoms and signs, regulate the body’s immune function, improve the degree of anemia,regulating endocrine level, improve the blood rheology, the kidney and blood stasis type ofuterine adenomyosis has better clinical curative effect.
