Using immunohistochem-ical method to detect the expression of MRP-1/CD9and integrinα5. Result:1.Human ovarian cancer SKOV3cells in situ in nude mice t-ransplantation tumor model was established.2.The tumor control rat-eof Java brucea fruit oil is54%,Cisplatin group is66%, the joint gro-up is84%.3.Immunohistochemical results show:MRP-1/CD9and inte-grina5in the blank group Java brucea fruit oil group、cisplatin grou-p、and joint group expression from low to high respectively.Conclusion:Abdominal cavity to Java brucea fruit oil emulsion can provide prevention and treatment of invasion and metastasis of ovari-An cancer. It does not exclude the Java brucea fruit oil emulsion MRP-1/CD9and integrina5as targets for treatment of the possibility of o-varian cancer.Part2:Bu Shen Xiao Zhen Method of Clinical Observation of Improv-Ing the Quality of the Patients with Ovarian Cancer Survival. Object:Observe Bu Shen Xiao Zhen method for ovarian cancer patie-nts quality of life improved.Evaluation of this method under the gui-dance of traditional Chinese medicine prescription Li Chong Sheng Sui Yin the clinical function of patients with ovarian cancer.Methods:30patients who meet eligibility criteria were selected with postoperative chemotherapy for ovarian cancer.Mainly Uses Li Chong Sheng Sui Yin,add and subtract with clinical syndrome.Oral Chinese herbal medicine medicinal broth for3months,Curative effect were o-bserved before and after treatment of TCM syndrome score、Kupperm-an Index、QOL, results anlyzed using statistical software.Result:1、Bu Shen Xiao Zhen method of treatment of kidney and b-lood stasis type of ovarian cancer clinical total effective rate was83%,greatly improve the effective rate of33%of syndromes. After treatment Kupperman Index has been down and QOL improved,the dif-ference has statistical significance.Conclusion:Bu Shen Xiao Zheng method can improve the shape of sy-ndrome、Kupperman Index、QOLof the patients with ovarian cancer. No adverse reaction, non-toxic side effects of safety and feasibility.
