Clinical Study On The Effect Of Bu Shen Qu Yu Xiao Zheng Tang In Treating Adenomyosis

Objective: To observe the effect of BuShenQuYuXiaoZhengTang (BSQYXZT)in treating adenomyosis and to explore its mechanism. Methods: 60 patients due to asthenia of kidney and blood stasis are divided into two groups by random :30 cases are settled as control group ,which are treated with GuiZhiFuLing granule; the other 30 cases are settled as experiment groups , which are treated with BSQYXZT . The difference between the two groups before and after treatment in the clinical symptoms, physical sign , blood rheology , immunity ,serum hormones and those ultrasonic examination is observed. Results: BSQYXZT is effective to improve the symptom ,physical sign, regulate menstrual cycle, raise pregnancy rate, improve the blood rheology,rectify the immunity and endocrine dysfunction, the difference between the two groups is significant.Conclution: BSQYXZT is an effective recipe in treating adenomyosis .the effect may be achieved through improving the level of endocrine ,rectifying the immunity dysfunction, and improving the blood rheology.
