Clinical Observation Of Gui Xiao Fang In Treating Premature Ovarian Failure With Kidney Deficiency And Liver Stagnation Syndrome

Objective:To investigate the clinical effects of Gui Xiao Fang on kidney deficiency liver depression certificate of premature ovarian failure.Methods:60 patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group,30 cases in each group.The observation group was treated with Gui Xiao Fang and the control group taking orally with Femoston for 3 menstrual cycles.The clinical effects,TCM syndrome scores,the level of hormone（FSH、E2、AMH）in eash group and the ovulation were measured.Results:The TCM syndrome score in the treatment group were significantly higher than those in the control group（P<0.05）;After treatment,the serum FSH levels in the two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment（P<0.01）;the serum E₂ levels in the two groups were significantly higher than those before treatment（P<0.01）;the serum AMH levels in the two groups have no significant change before treatment（P>0.05）;the curative effect in two groups were significantly bigger than those before treatment,and the observation group was better than the control group（P<0.05）.Conclusion Gui Xiao Fang is effective in treating kidney deficiency liver depression certificate of premature ovarian failure,and can effectively reduse serum levels of FSH and E₂ to treat premature ovarian failure.But it can’t change the level of AMH.
