| Objective: In this study, Bu Shen Qu Yu Fang(BSQYF) in treating adenomyosis,observed clinical effects through research, and to explore its mechanism. Method:60patients due to asthenia of kidney and blood stasis are divided into two groups by random：30cases are settled as control experiment groups,which are treated with SanJieZhenTongcapsule,the other30cases are settled as experiment groups,which are treated withBSQYF.The difference between the two groups before and after treatment in the clinicalsymptoms，physical sign，the volume of uterus, immunological indexes, the influence ofsex hormones, blood rheology Results: Comprehensive treatment group curative effect,Chinese medicine syndrome curative effect is better than that of control group, withsignificant difference (P <0.05). Treatment group was lower in patients with TCMsyndrome integral and integral dysmenorrhea degree is better than that in control group,with significant difference(P <0.05).Treatment group and control group all can reduceuterine volume, regulate the body’s immune function, adjust the sex hormone levels andlower blood viscosity, compared with before treatment with significant difference (P <0.05), but the treatment group curative effect is better than that of control group, withsignificant difference (P <0.05). Conclusion: BSQYF is an effective recipe in treatingadenomyosis. Its mechanism may be associated with the modulation of immune function,adjust the levels of sex hormones, lower blood viscosity. |
