In order to the particularity of the hospital, academics also began to explore thehospital enterprise management. It is not only to reach profitability, business modelhas also to meet the characteristics of public goods. However, many studies arefocused at this stage financial management, human resources management, especiallyfor performance management research is relatively small.Through their many years of hospital-T hospitals careful analysis, obtained toimprove the likelihood of hospital performance management methods, the use ofSWOT analysis summarized in hospital strategic goal-oriented performancemanagement.In this paper, the proposed performance management system includesthe development of performance indicators, performance planning, implementation,and performance management, performance assessment and feedback fiveaspects.With a view of to the strategy target, this system follows a step-by-stepanalyzing sequence: establishing Key Performance Indicators according to thestrategy, then ascertaining department indicators, finally deciding indicators for keypositions.Based on the enterprise has achieved remarkable results in the performancemanagement system,combined with the actual situation of the hospital, the hospitalraised the overall performance management framework for hospital management (inparticular, the development of performance assessment indicators) to provide atheoretical reference, with some guidance.
