To ensure people’s health and promote the fairness and justice of medical resources has always been the key topic of China’s medical system reform. At the same time,China is also faced with the problems of insufficient medical resources, low utilization efficiency, concentrated medical resources which leads to unreasonable and unscientific distribution, poor quality of local medical resources, shortage and uneven distribution of health technicians in medical institutions, lack of fairness in the distribution of medical resources, and large regional differences. All these are the causes of the social livelihood problems of "difficult and expensive medical care".Public hospitals are the core departments of providing medical services. The introduction of social capital into government led public hospitals through PPP mode and the use of market mechanism are bound to improve the allocation and utilization efficiency of medical resources. However, due to not only the lack of experience in PPP projects, especially in the medical field, but also the related papers on medical PPP mode are mostly about policies and regulations, risks and other specific issues There is not much research on the influencing factors of hospital related PPP mode. Therefore,on the basis of domestic and foreign influencing factors of PPP,this paper uses literature analysis, qualitative analysis, quantitative analysis, and OLS,re,fe empirical models to analyze the determinants of PPP-model public hospital in China, and finds that the number of PPP is affected by the GDP per capita, the balance of government debt, the income of medical and health institutions, the output value of the financial market, and the population of provinces, the consumer price index of medical services and the financial subsidy income of health institutions.According to the empirical analysis of the article, the corresponding suggestions are given. |
