Study On The Traditional Chinese Medicine Syndrome Of Buerger’ Disease Based On Data Mining

Objective:To investigate the syndrome connotation and clinical characteristics of Buerger’disease(Thromboangiites obliterans,TAO).Then to attempt to preliminary maping out thediagnosis scheme of basic syndrome of TAO.Methods:To collect and arrange the hospital data of the sick getting TAO in hospitalizationin the peripheral vascular department of Shan Dong Traditional Chinese Medical Hospitalduring during1992January to2012December. To structure “The Clinical InformationDatabase Of TAO”. To attempt to preliminary maping out the diagnosis scheme of basicsyndrome and exploring the physicochemical indexs influenced syndrome factors in TAOby using clustering analysis factor analysis, and other modern data mining methods.Results:(1)There are more men than women with TAO (P＜0.01).Age of onset was32.4±7.8years old. The course is81.33±76.20months. The top three multiple occupationsare the farmers(46.2%),workers(26.9%), cadres(10.3%).The pathogenic factors of top threeare smoking (80.25%),cold and wet (11.11%),trauma (5.76%).The lower limbs gettingTAO are more than the upper(P＜0.01).The right lower limbs are more than the left(P＜0.01).(2)There are6kinds of syndrome elements including heat-syndrome (37.47%),dampness-syndrome (36.43%), blood-stasis (21.19%), cold-syndrome (1.81%), deficiencyof Qi (1.55%) and blood deficiency(1.55%).(3)There are48effective diagnosticinformations. There are3syndromes including: damp heat type, blood stasis, deficiency ofQi and blood after cluster analysis. Then to attempt to preliminary maping out thediagnosis scheme of basic syndrome.Conclusions:The variation pathogenesis of TAO was a complex process which influenced by multifactorial intervention and included interlacement of asthenia and sthenia factors.The deficiency syndrome includes deficiency of Qi and blood deficiency. The syndrome ofsthenia manifested in heat-syndrome, dampness-syndrome, blood stasis, cold-syndrome.The syndrome differentiation and the diagnostic criteria which apply the data miningtechnology and relate professional knowledge are scientific, practicability and credibilityof certain.
