Study On The Distribution Of TCM Syndromes And Medication Rules After PCI For Coronary Heart Disease Based On Data Mining Technology

Research purposes:PCI will have a certain impact on TCM syndrome types of patients with coronary heart disease,and TCM syndrome types can change dynamically after PCI.This topic takes the patients with coronary heart disease 4 weeks after PCI as the observation point,collects the clinical data of patients,uses data mining technology to explore the distribution of TCM Syndrome Types and the use of traditional Chinese medicine in this node,in order to provide some reference for the phased treatment of coronary heart disease after PCI,and improve the effect of clinical diagnosis and treatment.Research methods:206 patients who were diagnosed as coronary heart disease by coronary angiography and 206 patients 4 weeks after stent implantation were studied.The data mining software was used to analyze the frequency,association rules and cluster analysis of patients’ general situation,TCM Syndrome Distribution and prescription medication,and to explore the distribution characteristics of syndrome types and the law of drug compatibility in 4 weeks after PCI.Results:1.General situation and risk factors: among 206 cases,116 cases were male,accounting for 56%,90 cases were female,accounting for 44%.The age mainly distributed in 60-79 years old,accounting for 73.3% of the total,with an average age of 66.97 years old.86%,followed by smoking history,drinking history,diabetes,cerebrovascular disease,dyslipidemia.2.Frequency statistics results: postoperative fatigue,chest tightness,palpitations,insomnia,dizziness,heavy limbs and other symptoms occur more frequently.According to the statistics of TCM syndrome element frequency,Qi deficiency and yin deficiency are the most common syndromes,while blood stasis and phlegm turbidity are the most common syndromes.Syndrome elements mostly appear in the form of two or three combinations of syndrome elements.The most frequent combination of two syndrome elements is Qi deficiency and blood stasis,accounting for 15.53% of the total.The highest frequency of three syndrome elements combination was Qi deficiency + blood stasis + phlegm turbidity,accounting for 23.79%.The distribution of syndrome types was 37.86% of qi deficiency and blood stasis,25.73% of phlegm turbidity obstruction,15.53% of Qi and yin deficiency,8.25% of heart and kidney yang deficiency,4.85% of heart and kidney yin deficiency,3.88% of heart and chest qi stagnation,2.91% of heart and blood stasis obstruction,and 0.97% of cold coagulation heart.There are 41 high-frequency traditional Chinese medicines for PCI,such as Astragalus,Salvia miltiorrhiza,chuanxiong,Poria cocos,dangshen,liquorice,tangerine peel,Pinellia ternata,Ophiopogon japonicus,bupleurum,etc.Commonly used tonic drugs,blood circulation drugs,Qi regulating drugs,phlegm,cough and asthma drugs,most of the drugs are warm,flat,the main properties are sweet,bitter,pungent,mostly into the lung,spleen,liver,heart.3.Results of association rules analysis: the commonly used drug pairs are Astragalus membranaceus & Codonopsis pilosula 、 Schisandra &Ophiopogon、Trichosanthis & Allium macrostemon、Bupleurum & Poria cocos、Salvia miltiorrhiza & rhizoma chuanxiong、Peach kernel & red flower.Commonly used drug combinations are Dwarf lilyturf & dangshen & astragalus membranaceus,Pinellia tuber & trichosanthis & Allium macrostemon,Red peony & peach kernel & red flower,Tangerine Peel & Pinellia Pinellia &Poria Cocos,Pine & Salvia miltiorrhiza & Amomum kernel,Jujube Seed & Poria Cocos & Ligusticum Chuanxiong,Bupleurum & Fragrance & Paeonia lactiflora,Bupleurum & Poria & Atractylodes,Fragrance & Radix Polygonatum & Corydalis corydalis,Bupleuron & Citrus aurantii & Paeonia lactiflora,Dogwood & Poria cocos & Chinese yam,Panax notoginseng &liquorice pine & incense.Medicine shows languid,insomnia,dizziness,the area before the heart ache and body weight,loss of appetite,dry mouth not to drink,pulse string shibuya,tightness in the chest area pain symptom such as bruises,the tongue body petechiae,correlation between higher Chinese medicine astragalus,zizyphus jujube kernel,pinellia,radix ophiopogonis,salvia miltiorrhiza,dangshen,dried tangerine or orange peel,atractylodes,fructus,poria cocos,etc.The syndrome-traditional Chinese medicine related degree is high: Qi deficiency and blood stasis-Astragalus membranaceus,phlegm turbidity closed block-Trichosanthis,Qi and Yin deficiency-Schisandra chinensis,Qi and Yin deficiency-Dangshen,Qi and Yin deficiency-Astragalus membranaceus and so on.4.Cluster analysis results: high-frequency drug cluster analysis was divided into six categories: Trichosanthis trichosanthis,Allium macrostemon,Pinellia pinellia,Radix ophiopogonis,Schisandra chinensis,Astragalus membranaceus,Codonopsis codonopsis,Leech,Aloes,Luffa Luo,Cinnamon cinnamon,Pinus chinensis,Rhizoma coptidis,Bupleurum bupleurum,Panax notoginseng,Licorice root,Dendromitis.The second type:poria cocos,atractylodes,dogwood,yam.The third category: Salvia miltiorrhiza and Amomum kernel.The fourth category: jujube seed,polygala,Xiangfu,Yanhu,Radix Polygoni.The fifth category: Chuanxiong,Angelica sinensis,red peony root,safflower,peach kernel,ox knee,platycodon grandiflorum,raw ground,briers.Category 6: Citrus aurantii,Paeonia lactiflora,Glycyrrhiza.Conclusions:1.206 patients were more male than female,and their age was mainly distributed in the elderly group over 60 years old.87.86% patients had a history of hypertension.2.The basic pathogenesis of patients with coronary heart disease after PCI is still inherent deficiency standard solid,but the characteristics of inherent deficiency are more prominent,Qi deficiency and Yin deficiency are more common,among which Qi deficiency is the most obvious,while blood stasis and phlegm turbidity are the most common standard.3.Four weeks after PCI,there were common syndrome of qi deficiency and blood stasis,phlegm turbidity closing and blocking syndrome,and qi and Yin deficiency syndrome,among which the syndrome of qi deficiency and blood stasis had the highest frequency.4.The overall principle of drug use is to replenish deficiency,attack evil as a supplement,harmonize multiple viscera,and take tonifying qi and nourishing Yin,promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis,dredging liver and promoting qi,resolving phlegm and broadening chest as methods.Commonly used prescriptions are Shengmai Yin,Gua lou Xie bai Pinellias soup,four junzi soup,chaihu shugan powder,suanzaoren soup,jiaotai pill,Liuwei rehmannia soup,Xuefu Zhuyu soup,danshen drink,four anti powder.
