Research On The Distribution Characteristics And The Rule Of Syndrome And Treatment Of Diabetes Complicated With Coronary Heart Disease Based On Data Mining

Objective: By collecting clinical case information of patients with diabetes mellitus complicated with coronary heart disease and using intelligent(auxiliary)diagnosis and treatment software of Traditional Chinese Medicine and data mining and analysis technology,the law of Traditional Chinese Medicine medication based on syndrome differentiation of diabetes mellitus complicated with coronary heart disease was discussed,which provides reference for clinical treatment based on syndrome differentiation.Methods: The collected 500 cases of clinical cases of diabetic patients with coronary heart disease,to establish "diabetic coronary heart disease clinical case information database",the use of Microsoft office Excel 2016,SPSS 21.0,SQL Server 2012 maddin data mining analysis software,such as frequency frequency statistics,clustering analysis and association rules analysis,explore the element distribution characteristics and the justification of diabetic coronary heart disease cure.Results: Based on the data mining study of 500 clinical cases of diabetes mellitus complicated with coronary heart disease,it is found that the modern clinical syndrome therapy of diabetes mellitus has been innovated and developed on the basis of inheriting the Traditional Chinese Medicine theory.1.The core symptoms of diabetes with coronary heart disease are palpitations,dull chest pain,chest tightness,stupor,shortness of breath,thirst and numbness.Tongue image was dominated by hypoglossal varicose bluish purple and tongue red,and pulse image was dominated by veinlets and several veins.Diabetes mellitus with coronary heart disease often witness the following:(1)heart pain,shortness of breath,wan rui frowsty,na dai,mouth not thirsty,pale lips,pale white,pale,pale,cough up phlegm,shoulder and arm pain,limb heavy sour pain,urine adverse,loose stool,pale white tongue,fat tongue teeth mark,tongue coating greasy,pulse slip;(2)chest tingling,lip blue,pale blue,stomach pain,stomach distension,headache,low back pain,thirst not drink,skin petechiae,constipation,tongue blue and purple,tongue with petechiae,tongue coating thin white,tongue complex varicose blue and purple,pulse astringent;(3)upset,pharynx dry,insomnia much dream,five upset hot,stomach noisy,hungry not want to eat,lips red,hot flushes night sweat,tinnitus,two zygomatic flushes,waist and knee sour and soft,urine yellow,stool dry sclerotic,tongue red,tongue thin,coating less or no,pulse,pulse number;(4)palpitations,chest tightness,xiaogu good hunger,limb numbness,thirst to drink,mouth sticky greasy,body fat,frequent urine,loose stool knots do not adjust,tongue old,tongue moss yellow,tongue moss dry,pulse string.2.Diabetes mellitus with coronary heart disease mainly in the heart,spleen,stomach,disease is mainly Yin deficiency,qi deficiency,blood stasis,phlegm.The combination rules of syndrome elements are:(1)liver,kidney,blood deficiency,yangkang,dryness;(2)chest diaphragm,qi stagnation,blood stasis;(3)lung,sputum,blood heat;(4)stomach,wet,fire [heat];(5)Heart,spleen,mind [brain],Yin deficiency,qi deficiency.3.The common syndromes of diabetes with coronary heart disease are:(1)evil heat inside,and Yin liquid damage.Treating with heat,cooling blood and diarrhea,nourishing yin and thirst.The party used Huanglian Jiedu Decoction,Xiexin Decoction,Qingwei Powder and Danggui Liuhuang Decoction.Medicinal Rehmannia,Melon,Radix Paeoniae Alba,Suanzaoren,Astragalus,Gastrodia,Anemarrhena,Uncaria,Gardenia,Psyllium,Coptis,Lotus Seed,Cortex,Cork,Rhubarb;(2)The machine is stagnant.Governance with qi and blood circulation,Shujing Tongmai to relieve pain.The party used Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction,Buyang Huanwu Decoction,Danshen Drink,and Huoluo Effect Ling hawthorn,Rehmannia glutinosa,Epimedium,medlar,Alisma,Ligustrum lucidum,Cuscuta,Achyranthes,Asparagus,Aconite,Oyster,Eclipta,keel,Polygonatum,Eucommia,Basil,Dirt;(4)qi and yin deficiency,spleen and stomach loss.Treating qi and nourishing yin,strengthening the spleen and stomach.The party uses Shengmai Powder,Zisheng Pill,Yiwei Decoction,and Yupingfeng Powder to add or subtract.Medicinal Atractylodes,Chinese Yam,Dendrobium,Astragalus,Maimendong,Licorice,Scrophulariaceae,Windproof,Taizishen,Amomum,Nansha Ginseng,Campanulaceae,Polygonatum,Schisandra,Trichosanthin,Wumei;(5)Spleen Deficiency,Turbidity.Treatment of spleen and dampness,gasification and phlegm.The side uses Xiangsha Liujunzi Decoction,Qishu Pingwei Powder,does not change Jinzhengqi San,and Pupu Xiayu Decoction.Medicinal citrus,musk,magnolia,chicken inner gold,pork chop,bergamot,dried tangerine peel,coix seed,pinellia,medlar,solitary,codonopsis,atractylodes,ginger,woody.4.According to the analysis of association rules,chest tightness-palpitation,chest pain-shortness of breath and fatigue,insomnia and dreaminess-hot flashes and night sweats,epigastron ruffianism-numbness,chest pain-lip cyanosis have strong correlation.There were strong correlations among radix peach-safflower,radix angelicae sinensis-salvia miltiorrhiza,radix astragalus-salvia miltiorrhiza,radix maimentose-astragalus membranaceus,poria cocos-pinellia.According to the analysis of association rules of medical symptoms,there was a strong correlation between palpitation-salvia miltiorrhiza,chest tightness-poria cocos,limb numbness-angelica sinensis,thirst-radix ophiopogonis,shortness of breath-astragalus membranaceus.Conclusion: Through the application of Traditional Chinese Medicine intelligent auxiliary diagnosis and treatment software and data mining technology,the Traditional Chinese Medicine syndromes,syndrome elements and drug distribution rules of diabetes mellitus complicated with coronary heart disease based on clinical cases were obtained,providing reference for clinical diagnosis and treatment.
