The treatment course of two groups for4weeks,4weeksafter the two groups of patients were observed after the administration of safety, symptomscores before and after treatment, blood lipid changes and the changes of TCD. Finally, thestatistical software SPSS19.0to establish database, statistical analysis.Result:The two groups of patients before treatment, in age, sex, hypertension, syndrome vertigo degree and TCM general data such as the statistical analysis showed nosignificant difference (P>0.05), with comparable. After treatment, the clinical effects of thetwo groups had significant difference (P<0.05), the treatment group than the control group; the two group of Chinese medicine syndromes have significant difference (P<0.05), thetreatment group than the control group; TCM syndromes group, there is significantdifference between the two groups before and after treatment (P<0.01), two kinds oftherapy can improve the clinical symptoms such as dizziness, the treatment group had asignificant difference compared with control group, TCM syndrome score between thegroups (P<0.05), the treatment group in improving the clinical symptoms than the controlgroup; compared with change of each symptom integral of the two groups of patientsbefore and after treatment, the treatment group can significantly improve be dizzy, fatigue, heart palpitations shortness of breath, abdominal distension, nausea, anorexia, diarrheasymptoms and tongue, there was a significant difference before and after treatment (P<0.01or P<0.05); treatment group and the control group compare, in fatigue, palpitationsshortness of breath, abdominal distension, nausea symptoms and tongue improvement, there was significant difference (P<0.05), the treatment group was better than that ofcontrol group. In the detection of blood lipid and TCD index, mean blood flow velocity inthe treatment group can obviously improve the middle cerebral artery (Vm), there was asignificant difference (P<0.05) before and after treatment, and after treatment comparedwith the control group than in the control group (P<0.05).Safety detection, treatment groupwere taken before and after the treatment of blood, urine routine, stool routine, liverfunction, renal function and ECG examination showed no significant change during thetreatment of patients, no discomfort, no adverse reaction. Conclusion:Ascending the clear Zhixuan Decoction on spleen deficiency Qing hasexact clinical curative effect and TCM syndrome of Yang does not rise to dizziness, cansignificantly improve the clinical symptoms of the disease, improve the average peakartery by transcranial Doppler velocity (Vm) in the brain.
